We are part of the beautiful 1800 Atlantic Resort complex and we are centrally located on the south side of Key West right on the ocean. Our private beach is adjacent to Smathers Beach, the largest and best beach in Key West. We are within walking and biking distance to most of the islands main attractions.

My husband and two daughters (and their significant others) and I stayed at the condo for 7 nights - and it had to be one of the best vacation destinations we have ever been to! The condo had all the amenities we could desire. A swimming pool, spa and the close proximity of amazing white beaches made it a memorable stay for us. A quick cab ride to Duvall Street and Mallory Square to watch enjoy the Sunset Celebrations was a big highlight for us. I loved the fact that we were close to all the action - when we chose to be. Otherwise, we could go to some less crowded areas - all within walking distance. Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach were amazing. The condo itself was well stocked with kitchen dishes and utensils and we cooked our breakfasts most mornings. We utilized the grill several nights - which was great. We even discovered an herb garden in the courtyard area that is available for anyone staying in the condos! There were many towels - bath and beach - to use and the availability of a full sized washer and dryer was much appreciated! With 6 people (two slept on the fold out couch), we needed them! The condo was clean, bright and comfortable. The furnishings said "Florida!", which we loved. The rental management company was very accommodating and friendly. The only "loud" drawback - and we knew this when we rented the condo - was the demo and reconstruction of the balconies. The day we left, they were working on the floors just next to us and the noise was quite bone jarring. The work crews worked from 7:45 am until 5 pm each week day - so we made plans to be somewhere else (and there were plenty of places to go, so that wasn't a problem.) Once the balconies are done, this place will be a 5 Star vacation destination in my opinion. We hope to return again next year - and the next - and the next...

We had a great time at the condo. The condo unit is clean, super spacious, and the pool area was great. This property is great for single couples or a family with kids. It is a longer walk to downtown area but you have the benefit of being very close to the beach. Would stay here again anytime!

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly and professsional. The unit was very spacious and updated. It had a wonderful kitchen, which was well stocked with small appliances, pots, dinnerware and utensils.We were a group of four and was pleased my spaciousness of the unit. There was a new couch and love seat in living room. (However, the area rug did not match.) There were Tv'a in living room and bedrooms. However, the dvd player did not work. The worst problem was lighting in the bedrooms. The second bedroom was extemely dark and both bedrooms also needed second night stands. The washer and dryer unit was nicely set up. The large deck was used a great deal. A nice addition would have been a small dinette set. I really apprciated the ammple numbers of beach towels, towels and linens. Also a nice touch was the few toiletry items and spices. The garden, pool, hot tub were very well tended. Very clean, no problems. It was wonderful to sit by pool and have a wonderful oceanview. A walk to Smathers Beach was an easy 5 minute walk. One night we did use the outdoor grills. The security and many locked areas seemed like overkill. But did feel very safe there. Would come again. And would recommend to friends.

We stayed at this condo in august and had a great week. The condo is quiet, spacious and very clean. Our deck overlooked the common area of the complex. The common area had a large swimming pool, hot tub and a covered shelter area that we all enjoyed. The condo is only about a 5 minute drive to get to the activities on Duval Street and Mallory Square. We spent most days out on the water parasailing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Great place to relax and be close to all of the activities in Key West.

This was our second trip to Key West and it was also a repeat stay in the
same place. The place was clean and nicely maintained as in our first
visit. The location on the beach is nice and we sure liked the convenience of being able to walk to Smather's Beach. We went with another couple and we all agreed the roominess of the place and also the heated pool on the beach, were both big factors in how well we enjoyed our stay. Being able to access the balcony from each bedroom was also a neat feature. The kitchen and washer/dryer were also a big plus for me. The only complaint we had was there was some maintenance issues being done on the building that got a little noisy at times but it didn't really effect what a good time we had. We would definitely give this place two thumbs up.
