Description from the owner
This is a non-smoking condo (smoking on the balcony only) with that "home away from home" appeal. My condo is reasonably priced and includes 1 king bed suite and 1 queen bed suite and a sofabed. All bed linens are provided. Wait there is more, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen (dine in/dine out), cental air with free onsite parking. There is an outdoor lagoon-shaped pool with a spa with a sun-shade area, a fitness center, and if you play tennis, we have a court, just bring your racket and balls (court is next door) and a washer/dryer in the unit. My condo has 3 flat screen TV'S, a DVD player and of course WIFI.

There you will find such activities as windsurfing, sail boarding, parasailing and a nice wide sidewalk for your evening strolls along the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby you have kayaking, jet ski tours, charter fishing boats, nature estuary tours, visit the Ernest Hemingway Home, stroll Duval Street and of course Mallory Square for the beautiful sunsets and much much more!

My wife, best friend, and I stayed here in November and I must say what a wonderful place to stay!
The place was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and very "home like".
It's only a $10 cab ride to Duval Street and for the price this condo cannot be beat. You're going to be paying double the cost of this place to stay in a hotel probably not even equal to it.
The pool is also heated!!!
My wife and I will definitely be staying here every time we head down to Key West! -

We stayed in late august and had a wonderful time here. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms ,2 spacious bathrooms and a a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you will need,pots,pans, toaster,coffeemaker,dishwasher,microwave,etc.,etc. You feel at home. The master bedroom has a walk in closet,in suite bathroom. The smaller bedroom has queen bed. Both rooms have their own TVs. There is a large well furnished living room with a sleeper bed for two. From the living room you walk out to a spacious balcony overlooking the large swimming pool.
Amenities include a very large swimming pool,hot tub, barbecue grills,and a community laundry. The pool temperature was excellent-in the nineties. The employees at the front desk were very courteous and efficient. Smathers beach was a very short drive away. This location is on the quieter side of Key West and is excellent for all groups especially for families with young kids.
There are a few drawbacks though. The pool area closes early around 9 o'clock but in 2 days of our 4 day stay the pool was closed at 8 o'clock because the employee at the front desk had to leave for another condo building they manage so she can go close down "over their too". The laundry room closes at 8o"clock too.Thats an inconvenience especially after a long day. Free internet is supposedly available but its so weak it's practically non-existent. You have to leave your condo and walk over to the office area to get internet. If not for these inconveniences i would have given it a 5 star. Don't get me wrong it's
a great place to stay and excellent value for the price.The four of us had a very wonderful time and will certainly be back.
