Perfect for a couple, the freshly renovated cottage is in the the heart of Old Town Key West is located only 2 blocks off Duval St and is a short walk or bike to all the fun of Key West ! Very quiet street with no through traffic. The property is completely private and safe, surrounded by a 6 foot gated fence and tropical landscaping.
This historic area of Key West is very quiet and residential with many long time "Conch" residents. Although we do not have a swimming pool on our compound , the biggest pool on the island is 3 blocks from the house at 300 Catherine Street. Fort Zachary Taylor Park that has Key West's nicest and largest beach is 5 blocks to the park entrance. Walk to Blue Heaven, Santiago’s or Moondog.
Due to local zoning laws we can only rent by the month. You do not have to stay the whole month, but we are not allowed to do nightly rentals.
The brand new kitchen sparkles with new stainless appliances and tiled backsplash . All Clad cookware & Fiestaware dishes fill the kitchen. The house is furnished with all new high end furnishings. A luxury queen size bed awaits you complete with feather pillows after a busy day or night . The apartment sleeps 2. The freshly tiled bathroom has a large glass door shower with rain head shower and marble topped vanity.
