We were there for spring break with 3 - 17 year old girls. The townhome was in a perfect location for the girls to walk to the beach or stay at the pool alone and still feel safe. Key West has so much to offer we spent a lot of time away on excursions however when we returned it was as good as being at home. We have stayed in Key West before and it was nice to be right on Duval but a little away from the real busy part of the street. Nothing was more than a ten minute walk from there. The townhome is exactly as described and was our most memorable vacation ever. We are looking forward to going back.

The unit was exactly as shown in the ad. Condo is right on Duval and that made getting around very easy. No need to move your car once you are settled in.
Condo was very clean and modern -great place for a group to stay. We did take advantage of the pool .
Overall this condo was exactly what we required - comfortable and close to everything. -

We recently spent a week in this beautiful condo. Everything about the condo was great! Park your car in the secure parking space and walk to almost all of the Key West hot spots.
We also enjoyed the pool, which was just a few steps from the door. Also a few steps away was several very good restaurants.
If you are looking for comfort and convenience, Caribbean Duval is the place to stay!! -

We traveled down with friends who had never been to Key West before - and the experience was perfect. The unit we rented at Duval Square was an ideal size for two couples and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wonderful people from at Home in Key West, Inc were a pleasure to work with - and were very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our unit (!!). I would definitely recommend Duval Square, this unit (Caribbean Duval) and the people at at Home in Key West, Inc (especially Carole, who helped us).

This condo was perfect. Being on the quiet part of Duval St. and being able to walk to Evertythng was great. The condo was clean and had everything we need for a wonderful stay. The pool was great and the patio was a nice area for us gals to sit and talk.

For our daughter's wedding in Key West, we stayed along with another couple at the Carribean Duval. Location was excellent, we were able to walk to most touristy locations. The condo was OK, not great but served its purpose. Parking lot was under the condo and that area seemed dirty and kind of seedy but overall the area seems safe.

Caribbean Duval is an excellent townhouse in an excellent location. It has all of the amenities and is very clean. No concerns or complaints about the unit. The problem is you can't control who your neighbors are going to be. Unfortunately, the first night the neighbors in the unit next to us stayed up talking and playing music on their porch all night. The unit is not sound proof. The next day at the pool three young couples are out of control drunk throwing bottles into the pool and using foul language. The next day I complained to my rental company and they said that type of behavior will not be tolerated. The next day the group shows up at the pool and warns everyone that their behavior will be bad. I contacted the rental agency again because now a number of locals from town had joined them. The rental agency said they sent the manager over but the manager thought them to be quiet so he didn't want to confront them. Thursday of our week a new group of eight guys took over the unit next to us and proceeded to come in at 5:00am loud and drunk. The next day I spoke to them as a group and asked them to be a little more considerate when they return. I will repeat that the unit is wonderful but much of our trip was spoiled by the neighbors.

Overall an excellent place to stay. My family of 6 stayed at the Carribean Duval for the week of July 4th. The condo was very clean and was exactly as described on the website. The condo had everything you need a comfortable e,xtended stay. The surrounding areas were wonderful as well. Only bad thing is the check in time...4:00!! Our flight landed @ 11 so we had to roam around for hours as they couldn't accommodate our early arrival. I was very upset. However, once we finally got the key's and got settled, everything else was great.

Regarding the check-in time, we send our guests multiple communications stating that check-in is 4pm so they can make travel arrangements that will not require them to wait too long before receiving keys. When it is possible to offer an early check-in, we gladly do it. In your case, someone departed the morning of your arrival so early check-in was not possible. -

We, my husband and I, stayed at Carribean Duval with my parents and my two small children (both under the age of 5) for a short weekend trip. The accommodations were clean & cozy...we felt at home right away. The appliances were a bit outdated, but functional. We loved that the condo was so close to all the action on Duval...yet far enough away to maintain peace and quiet when we wanted it.
I only had a few minor complaints:
- The master bedroom was very spacious, but very bright due to the 4 sky lights in the ceiling. This would not be a room for those who require darkness for sleep!
- The 2nd bedroom was extremely small.
- Very steep stairwell to the bedrooms - not ideal for elderly or those with small children (unless you watch them closely!)
- The elevator seemed to be having mechanical difficulty -- we almost got stuck!
Other than that, we would definitely stay here again! -

the room my wife and i had for 5 nights at the carribean duval was very comfortable and spacious. it would have been enough room for 6. the beds were comfy and it was extreamly clean. it had central air conditioning which we were relieved to see and not room air conditioners. the kitchen was fully equipped to make meals even though we did no cooking.

The condo was more than we expected. The pictures on the Vrbo werbsite did not do the condo justice. We had 4 adults in our party with another 2 adults visiting for a few days. We had more than enough room and space. The outdoor porch off the living area was used every morning for breakfast which was quite enjoyable. The entire condo was clean which is very important. We had some very hot and humid days on our trip but the air conditioning was wonderful. In fact there were times when we had to adjust it due to the condo being chilly. The location was great allowing us to walk to all the places we wanted to go. I was concerned about noise in teh evening but because of the location it was quite everynight. I would definitely rent this location again on my next Key West vacation.

This attractive condo was roomy and convenient. Steps away were the pool and an elevator to a private parking area. At street level were two fine restaurants and a multitude of services including a trolley stop, scooter rentals, a drug store, even a medical clinic. Despite all of this activity, the unit was quiet and scenic. From the balconies at tree level, you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the gulf breezes while listening to nearby roosters. It is an ideal place to spend a week in Key West.

I must 1st preface my comments by saying my wife and I are Realtors in a vacation town. We stayed at duval square 2 yrs. Ago and found that unit to be poor. This unit was better. We really like the location of the complex and love that there is a secure garage for parking. @home in Key West did a great job. The unit was clean, ready on time, and they were able to resolve a Comcast cable issue for us in less than 24 hours (wow). The unit had a fun, island feel in its decor. However, things were sloppy. Details like the paint job, the refinish job on the floors. Toilet paper holder was loose. Etc. Everything was amateur and sloppy. The common areas of the property were just as bad. Clearly, the property needs more maintenance than it is receiving. The place just feels "low rent". However, when researching properties on line, the actual rent doesn't seem all that low.
We will probably, look to stay somewhere else on our next trip.
I hope this review is helpful, it was my attempt to be constructive with my criticism and I hope I was.

My husband and I shared Caribbean Duval with 2 single friends, and it was perfect. Each bedroom (1 with a king bed, 1 with 2 twin beds) has a private bath, so no worries about getting in each others' way. Close to all the action on Duval, but gated, so still private. There's a great restaurant downstairs, and the pool was small, but very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

The townhome, Carribean Duval, was one of the most comfortable places I have stayed. Its casual decor, spacious interior,and great location made it the perfect place to enjoy Key West.
It was clean upon arrival, with plenty of linens and other necessities. And Carole with at Home in Key West, Inc. was very helpful and responsive to our needs.
I highly recommend this unit and at Home in Key West, Inc. for any Key West vacation!

This was a great value. It was about a mile to walk to the major bars on Duvall street, but you can take a bike taxi if you get tired of walking :) we felt safe here & the home was very clean.

Had a great time in Key West,stayed for a week in Caribbean Duval. Good location and close to many attractions,so walking was not a problem.The area has resturants close by and is quiet at night. At Home did a great job when we had a key problem.

I thought the townhouse was really clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I loved the entry area wall mural and the master bedroom balcony. The location off Duval is prime, yet we were above any noises. The pool area was clean and relaxing, although the pool is only 4 feet deep; great for a cooling dip, not much for a lap swim. We were definitely in the heart of all the sights and action. The kitchen was pretty well stocked which made cooking in very easy. Everyone slept comfortably on the beds and pull-out.

Great location on Duval. Duval Square condos had security gates to enter stairs and elevator area. The attractive condo was well equipped and comfortable. Both bedrooms had private baths, and there was a 1/2 bath on the first floor. It was roomy inside and had 2 private decks, one on each floor. The pool area was spacious and had tables, chairs, and lounges. Very nice.

The condo was very well appointed and surprisingly quiet for the neighborhood. (With the exception of the Key West Eagles) The location was ideal for walking to all tourist venues and we discovered 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend the unit to any family or singles groups visiting Key West.

Had a hotel booked that was about a half mile from Duval...found this place at the last minute and jumped on it. I (and all of my friends) were so glad we switched...location was great and it was way more comfortable than a hotel room. @homekeywest was very easy to deal with and I felt charged us a very fair rate for the weekend. Stayed at Bahama Dreaming last year (which was even nicer, but unavailable during our last stay)...but would definitely stay at Caribbean Duval again!

We were very pleased with the location and the security of the entire facility (parking and condo). The condo was very nicely furnished and had pretty much everything we needed (could use some new pots). The only thing I did not like about the place was you could hear a lot of street noise at night while sleeping. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would use it again.

It was extremely hot when we visited Key West this past July. However, it was nice to come in each day and relax in the comfortabble surroundings of Carribean Duval. It was spacious enough to accomodate the 4 of us comfortably. I am always skeptacle of staying somewhere that I haven't seen before or known someone that has stayed there. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The web site was great in helping make choices about which condo to rent. Price was more affordable than the hotels. The condo was clean, spacious and had all the kitchen items we needed as we didn't eat all meals out. The air condition worked!!!!! The location was a bit far from the other end of Duval where my college girls wanted to hang out. No one complained though, just too darn hot and humid to walk down that far but we did anyway. Would rent again especially traveling with families as you have more space than a hotel. Wish the pool was bigger or at least deeper and maybe a few umbrellas to help with shade would be nice. But all in all was a great experience and we all had a great time.

very reasonably priced. We loved it! I have been to the keys many
times but this was the nicest place I have ever stayed in. If it is
available, take it. You will not regret it. The balconies have great

Our stay over Christmas was perfect. Our late check-in on Christmas Eve had me filled with trepidation, but the keys were exactly as directed and the checkin was flawless. The condo was in a perfect location and condition,the decor was delightful, and it was very quiet. It was also amazingly well furnished with every amenity including dishwashing soap, Tide, etc. Considering the other prices we checked, this condo was also a great bargain for a group of 5 in the busiest week of the year. All the nearby restaurants, ice cream shops, etc mean no car is necessary--next time we will save a bundle by not renting a car. And the bicycle/scooter rental across the street solves any transportation needs.
One tiny complaint was that the private patio was unattended and full of dead leaves/mold. We spent all our coffee and newspaper time at the pool, which was lovely and very close, but it would have been nicer if the patio had been usable.
We would definitely rent this again. -

This was a great vacation for the family and the Townhouse made it even better. The location was outstanding. A nice quiet end of Duval St. but close enough to walk to all the excitement. We were able to cook our fish from our deep sea fishing trip and share with the family. Great cost savings. At Home in Key West made everything seamless with our hectic schedule of arrival and departure. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived in the middle of the night.
Overall, i highly recommend At Home in Key West along with Carribean Duval. You won't regret it. -

We've been coming to Key West for 10 years and rented various places on the island. I would definitely rent this townhouse again. Location was good and the house was in great shape. Had everything we needed and very comfortable. Our only issue and it really wasn't a big deal, they were doing window replacement and painting on some of the units while we were there. There just was a lot of activity in the common areas during the day. But it wouldn't stop us from renting again.

Wonderfully nice, lots of room, 100 feet from the main drag and still qu1et at night. We slept great while we were there. Nice restaurants just at your doorstep. A 3-4 block walk to a wonderful pastry shop and a coffee roaster. A pool on the condo residence, two porches to hang out on. 4-5 blocks from the southern most point in the US. A well equipped kitchen including blender for your tropical drinks. Covered, secure parking. I don't know what more I can say!

Centrally and conveniently located to all atractions in Key West. Even though you are right on Duval Street the condo is very quiet and relaxing. You are above the street noise and traffic in a quiet,cozy retreat. The layout works perfectly with a kitchen-great room, patio on the first floor and the two bedreooms up. Steps away from everything!

I have traveled to Key West many times in the past and stayed at some very exceptional places, however; At Home Key West really took care of me and my party like no others before! Our accommodations were more than what we expected and the value was unprecedented! It was clean, close and quiet, what more could you ask for. I will be returning to Key West in the spring and I hope that the Carribean Duval is available again.

This rental is very large for a condo rental. It is also very close to Old Town and great shops. The only issue I had was from the pictures there was gorgeous greenery everywhere but when I stayed there, all of the plant beds were being painted. It was slightly disappointing, but the condo itself was clean and they even had champagne and flowers as requested. It was very large. I would definetly recommend coming to stay in this nice place!
