Pros.. very clean, plenty of parking, gated and secured, beach/ water view, pool 24hrs, washer/dryer, elevator, provided all small appliances, beach chairs/towels, and many other items you can't travel with or want to buy for short term use.
Cons... patio door was difficult to open/close.. bedroom window faces busy road (little noisy)
overall excellent for 2 people if you like to be in Key West but not in old town (and not too far away). -

Spacious, comfortable, and well worth the (extremely low!) price. Arranging a later check-in was handled very easily, and upon arrival we noted that everything was clean and neat, it had been kept at a good temperature, and a lamp had been left on for us.
The bed is large and comfortable, the kitchen spacious, and the dining room/sitting room area pleasant and open-feeling with the sunlight that pours in through the glass doors to the balcony. The bathroom is on the smaller side, with a large sink and counter area making a separate room between the bathroom and bedroom, but the shower was large enough to be comfortable and there were no problems with water temperature. Although not a "luxury"-type condo, it was more than nice enough to spend a week in and absolutely worth the price.
The only complaint I have is that the location isn't wonderful. The beach that it is situated across from is man-made and feels strange to walk on, so whenever we wanted to go to the beach we had to drive a little bit to get to Fort Zachary Taylor. However, on an island that's only 4x2 miles, this isn't really much of a complaint!
I would absolutely rent this property again, and I suggest you do the same!

Staying at the La Brisa is a excellent pleace to stay. We look forward to coming back each year and have been for the pasted 10+ years. Has a very nice pool and cook out area Everyone is so friendly. Close to the beach Its just a beautiful places to watch the sun rise and set.

Condo was 5 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes from downtown, which was great. Plenty of space for 2 people. We liked having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Also liked the washer/dryer since it was hot & we went through a lot of clothes. The pictures on the website were 100% accurate. View from the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. Pool in the complex was also very nice, spent more time there than we planned. Couldn't have asked for anything else.

It was a great location; not to close to downtown, but just close enough. The condo had everything we needed for our stay away from home.Our sign in downtown was very welcoming and friendly. Would definately recommend this spot to our friends.

We had a great stay at La Brisa everyone was so nice and helpful. Smathers beach was the best beach of Key West. The condo was really nice and the perfect size. The airline changed our flight and Steve was so helpful and we really appreciated being able to stay past the check out time. If I was to come to Key West I would rent this condo again and would certainly tell my friends. The only thing I did not like was the patio door very hard to open and close, but they called to let us know they was replacing the doors. The condo was nice and quiet and just far enough away from all the noise and crowds.

We were very impressed with the service. We arrived soon after midnight Monday morning and they worked with us very well to get us into the condo right away. We really liked the location with the awesome beach view. The only thing we didn't like was the sliding door onto the deck was extremely hard to open and close. We would definitely rent this place again if returning to Key West. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was nice. I really liked the pool. The people were nice. I really didn't like you couldn't smoke since most everyone that lives there did. The beach was disappointing . I was thinking it would be more like Miami Beach to much seaweed. And the palm treeswere in the the way of a very nice sun rise.

It is Rent Key West's policy to keep all of our rentals non-smoking. La Brisa condos are located next to the popular Smather's Beach which is replenished with sand and groomed. The Florida Keys are not known for extensive sandy beaches though Smather's is one of the largest beaches on the island of Key West. Old town (Duval St) is about a 2 mile drive away.

great location, good lay out but the condo is definately tired. The agenrs were wonderful and fixed things quickly but there were alot of things to fix.

La Brisa is a wonderful place to stay if you want the best of both worlds Key West has to offer. You wake up in the morning and look at the ocean and it is peaceful and beautiful. Then in the evening you can go to Duval street for wonderful food and lots of entertainment.

The location of the condo was great across from the beach and the complex was secure and very nice. However, the unit itself was dirty. There was egg stuck on the stove, a mans sock on the bedroom floor. The sofa needs to be replaced it was very dirty. I was concerned at how dirty the condo was. When we arrived I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies new sheets to cover the nasty sofa. I saw from the pictures that the unit was a bit dated but, I"m only there for a week and the location across from the beach was perfect for us. I scrubbed the unit down so that we were comfortable. I advised the rental company who apologized. I realize the owners are not there to oversee the care of the unit. The place is nice to stay for a week but they need to do a better job cleaning. The sofa needs to be replaced. The toilet needed to be fixed as well. The location was perfect.

This condo was a good size and had an ok view from the balcony. It was clean but very outdated as far as furnishings and decor. My main complaint was the first night that we checked in we had the scratchiest sheets I've ever slept in and I'm not too picky when it comes to things like that. Luckily the next day we looked through some of the closets and found a stack of better ones. The other thing that was a problem was the sliding door for the condo above ours. It was so loud and even made our condo shake a little when it was opened/closed. It might not have been such a big deal but the people staying above us opened and closed it a lot early in the morning. The 24-hour pool was nice and never crowded.

Great place for the money. Look. It ain't no 5 or 4 star. However, the place met our needs plus. Can't beat the amenities. All appliances functioned well. Had problems with toilet and sliding doors which I took care of myself and am confident that Rent Key West would have taken care of these minor problems had I asked. Wife didn't like bed. I thought it OK. Vinyl covered pillows uncomfortable but can be remedied with budget local purchase or bring own. Very clean. Well stocked. Great view. Nice Pool area. Plenty of room for 2. Felt comfortable walking in and during stay. Complex very quiet in July. At this price, expecting perfection is ridiculous. You get what you pay for and overall very satisfied. Highly recommend. Will go back. If you have a good attitude about life you'll be very happy with this place. We had a great time. Great for families and couples. I rated 3 star by hotel standards not satisfaction level which would be 4 star. Have fun in Key West.

There us so much to do in Key West. The Condo was beautiful and very safe for children. It was away from all the noise of downtown but easy to travel there. There is so much for couples or families to do. We had a blast.

We enjoy the location of the condo and the convenience. It is very comfortable and pleasant and has all that we need. The security and covered area for the car and a place to wash the car is certainly and asset. We have stayed in 302E three times and we enjoy it each time. We have tentatively reserved it again for June 2012. I am sure that we will stay here on each visit to Key West. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the location. It was far enough away from downtown but close enough to get there quickly. We liked having a choice of the beach or the pool. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. The balcony view of the beach and the ocean was great. The weather cooperated to make it an all around great week.

This was the second time staying at LaBrisa. The location was perfect for us, being across the street from Smathers Beach, as we are primarily beach vacationers. There was more airport noise than I had noticed the first time, but that was no big deal - some of it was from Navy fighter planes, which is enjoyable to watch. The unit was clean upon arrival, and stocked with all the neccessary items for a condo unit - it even included beach chairs. The deck overlooks the beach directly. Complex includes a tennis court, grill area(for our steak dinner one night), and pool. This would be a perfect ten if it had a flat screen TV, although it did offer a TV in both the living room and bedroom.

Rent Key West Vacations was able to get a place for my husband and I with only 4 days notice. The LaBrisa #302e was well maintained, quiet, and had a great ocean view from the balcony.
I would definitely recommend anyone to rent this condo. Easy walking distance to Smathers Beach and not a bad walk to Duval Street (about 45 minutes). Great way to work off the calories before and after you eat/drink.
I'm ready to plan a trip to Key West for next Christmas and New Years and definitely plan to use Rent Key West!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was immaculate: extremely clean, well furnished, and with a good sized, well equipped kitchen. The pool area and grounds are very well maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beach and ocean and watching the world go by. The only negative is the road in front of the condo is busy, and the noise of the traffic is very noticeable when trying to sleep. That said, we would rent this property again.

The unit is the noisiest place we've ever stayed. Other tenants in the building that we met say the same think. All night and all day there are deep rumbling noises as if someone is moving furniture. Could be the sliding doors to the patio even on other floors. The concrete decking seems to transfer these noises throughout the building. We could not sleep because of this and in the daytime it was very third world like.

I highly recommend this Condo complex. They have a very nice pool and bbq area. The units are very well maintained and it is very quit at the complex. Fairly close to Duval street and all major attractions. Would stay again!

Our experience with Rent Key West was wonderful. We called at the last minute on a Sunday and they made arrangements to meet us even tho the office was closed. The condo was perfect, located just across the street from a beautiful beach. We have no complaints, only praises. We will definately be going back to Key West and will definately be using Rent Key West for our accomodations. Thank you for your kind staff.

Even as a Florida native, I had never been to Key West. Now living in New York, we wanted to go someplace warm for Easter. Our expectations were met and exceeded by Rent Key West Vacations (RKWV)! We ran into "technical problems" enroute, and had to check into La Brisa after dark. RKWV had our keys and directions in a drop box for us, and lights were left on in the apartment so that it was easy to see when we arrived. The place was spotless, and we enjoyed an excellent vacation right across from (my opinion) the best beach on the island. The only downfall was that smoing is allowed in most of the restaurants on the island, and as an asthmatic, this was an issue, but this had nothing to do with our rental experience. I would definitely rent again when we return to Key West, and we plan to in the next year. All of our needs were taken care of in a quick and timely fashion by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend RKWV to everyone!
