This being my first visit to Key West when I rented this condo it really was a shot in the dark! First impression it was clean and roomy and had a great view of the ocean and beach just accross the street.The grounds of the condo were clean with impressive landscapeing.The security gate gave a feeling of security(it worked) As the week progressed I came to appreciate the location more and more, a little away from the hub bub of Duvall St. yet an easy, fun bike ride away.Don't know if I will ever revisit Key West but if I do I will definitely consider renting this condo again.

Fabulous place but we did not realize that we would be overlookeing a major highway, whose traffic is worse due to contstruction on the other side of the island. We'd stay there again...but wish we'd known about the highwary.

There is a 2 lane highway inbetween the condo and the edge of the beach. We did take this in consideration when pricing the unit making it one of the best deals in Key West. We do offer ocean front condos that tend to price $800 to $1000 more per week

This was the best. My wife could not make the getaway. Ya, me alone. It was a last minute decision. The condo was clean. 2 large bedrooms & bathrooms with a fold out couch. The view across the street from Smathers Beach was great and Sunrise was awasome, The pool was always clean. I rented a scooter for the week, and there was a dedicated parkng spot for it. New flat sceen TVs with cable, refridge & stove. I definetly will come back here again. : O

This was our first time in Key West, but we can't wait to go back. La Brisa turned out to be a great location on the island with the beach across the street and great views. The condo was clean and well equipped. Key West Rentals promptly fixed one problem we discovered on arrival. Our family had a memorable vacation.

My husband and I, daughter, niece and her Mom spent a wonderful week at the Sea Orchid. We especially enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. The location of the condo to the beach, the airport, and other activities was perfect. Even driving to Duval Street was not difficult. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities of the condo. It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to be back soon.

The apartment was completed. We took advantage of the swimming pool, the tennis court and the barbecue. Everything was impecable.
We did not take advantage of the magnificent beach because the water was too warm and there were too many seaweeds.

Stayed in Unit 405E at the La Brisa in Key West. Great unit. Plenty of room, bathrooms were fantastic, easy access to everything. Pool area very comfortable and people were very friendly. Would definitely recommend unit to anyone. Key West is a happening place--a lot of night life.

Had a wonderfull time in Key West, the view from our La Brisa condo was great. The condo had all the facilities we needed. Only one downside. The noise in the 2nd bedroom made it difficult to sleep.

Nicely updated bathrooms and new appliances in kitchen. Needs a new set of non-stick cookware. Water pressure is very low. Nice gated complex with under-building parking. Average value for the money.

From our initial contact with KW Vacations seeking a condo, until we turned in our keys at the end of our stay, we had a perfect experience. The professional, friendly office staff, was eager to accommodate our every need. The rental unit itself was perfect...clean, excellent condition, fully equipped, great location, awesome ocean views. The property itself, lush and lovely, was situated on the quiet side of Key West...perfect for a relaxing vacation. We will return!

We reported problems with the screen door access to the balcony of our unit. This problem severely limited our use of the balcony and inhibited us from receiving fresh air via the balcony doors. Both Balcony doors were broken and no repairs or response to our calls were made.

All the screen doors and sliding glass doors in these condos are attended to once a year. We recently visited all of our beach front properties and fixed any problems with the doors. Having condos on or near the ocean cause sticky doors and, as one can image, creates a little extra maintenance for us.

If you want a place by the beach in Key West this is the place to stay. The condo is on the top floor with a terrific view of the ocean across from Smathers beach. There is a boardwalk in front of the beach that is great for jogging, walks or bike rides. Many of the places on the island are not close to a sandy beach so if you would like easy access to a sandy beach I would highly recommend this unit. The kitchen has updated appliances and has most everything you will need. Blender worked well for tropical drinks. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a small television. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a small television. Both bathrooms have been updated and are modern. The living room has a sofa and loveseat and a 32” LCD TV. The patio furniture on the porch is very comfortable to enjoy your view of the ocean. The property has a nice pool and grills if you want to cook-out. I definitely recommend this unit for a stay in Key West. Please be advised that the unit is not in old town so if you primarily want to party on Duval Street then you may prefer a location closer to town. You need to drive or take a cab to get to downtown from this unit. The only negative I can say about this unit is the lack of Hdtv service.

This was our 1st time at La Brisa, but not our 1st with Rent Key West. As always, the staff was very helpful & accommodating - even with all the packages we received for a wedding. The unit had comfortable bedding & a very well-stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were spacious & beautiful. The view of Smathers is beautiful. The pool area is very nice. The gardens around are peaceful & there is a wonderful covered area & tiki huts. Perfect for when you wanted to get out of the hot sun. The location was perfect for us. We were not too far from Duval, but far enough away to get a little peace. Overall, a fabulous vacation. Thanks again to RKW for their hospitality. We will back to La Brisa next year!

This was a beautiful condo. Very clean and well maintained. However, the microwave was not working during my stay but this was hardly a distraction from a very peaceful vacation experience. Well appointed furnishings and comfortable bedding. Overall, it was most enjoyable. I would not only recommed renting this particular condo, but also plan to utilize the servies of Rent Key West and/or Home away again.

We came to Key West for a family wedding, but wanted to stay in a place that was not directly on Duval Street. The Sea Orchid was perfect for us. The condo was clean and designed nicely. The beach is directly across the street which was a plus. The people living year round in the condo were very friendly to us and always giving us helpful hints to enjoy our stay. I will definitely use RentKeyWest on our next visit to the island, and there will be a next visit. I know we were asked to say what we liked least, but honestly I cannot think of a thing. We were a group of 11 friends that enjoyed the sunsets, the pool and comfort of the condos at La Brisa. The location is great. You are minutes away from everything yet out of the hussle and bussle when you want to be. We have stayed at La Brisa before and we are looking forward to returning in the future for some more laid back, relaxing fun.

Condo was very clean and well taken care of. The view from the balcony is beautiful (a nice vantage point to see parasailing), although it is boxed in and your unable to see to either side very well. The pool was nice and uncrowded, hot tub good, but a little small. I would stay here again.

The condo was very nice and confortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious with a great view. We will be back. The beach and the pool are a minute away. Old town is a few minute drive or you can bike.

We really enjoyed the everything about the condo at LaBrisa. The condo itself was roomy, clean, safe and right across the street from the ocean. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and bathrooms and we felt right at home as soon as we pulled the suitcases through the front door.
Everyone from my 79 year old Aunt to my 9 year old daughter loved the place. Steve at Rent Key West answered all of my questions and made the booking process a breeze.

My husband, daughter 22 and son 16 loved the LaBrisa 405 E. We had more than enough room,the view was great, I do recommend the top floor, a bit more secluded. The weather could have been warmer and sunnier, but we managed to get to the beach one day, parasail and had a ball renting scooters for two days. Key West is a beautiful area, laid back, actually bigger than I thought it would be. The bathrooms were beautiful, the water pressure could have been stronger, but being on the 4th floor that is somewhat expected. Beautiful widescreen tv in the main room one each in the bedrooms that we really never got to use much. Loved the balcony, spacious, private, we would highly recommend this unit. Only drawback was, as music lovers, we found the IPOD hook-up to not be functioning. Repair that, and everything is perfect! LOVED the fridge!!!!

Your staff was great to work with answering any & all questions. The whole process was easy from reservations to check out. The rental was very nice & very user friendly. The location (though a little far from downtown) was good being able to sit on the balcony and see the beach. It was truly one of the best vacations ever. Looking forward to using you again soon.

We enjoyed the convenient location near town center and the convenience of renting bicycles. In the week we were in Key West, we only took a vehicle out one time, the rest was experienced on bicycles. The rental was elegant with wonderful appliances. The three bedroom suites were perfect for our family. The only thing that didn't live up to expectations were the kitchen utensils. There was always something missing when preparing a gourmet meal.

We have stayed at La Brisa several times and this is one of the nicest trips yet. The condo was immaculate and the grounds beautiful. The local residents were charming and friendly at the pool. The staff at Rent Key West were professional and helpful every step of the way. I would definitely use Rent Key West again.
