2br 2 bath with sleeper sofa in main room. Pictures are accurate. Private pool and location make this an ideal stay for more than 3 nights. Very close to the action on Duvall without the noise. A tucked back hideaway this is an ideal location for a family or two couples or a girls weekend. Not enough privacy for more than 2 couples.

DuPont House was a great place to stay in a great location. You are close enough to walk to everything but just far enough off on a side street so you don't hear any noise from the bars and clubs. The only complaint is both of the bedrooms are very light and bright so in the morning it's hard to sleep with the sun coming through. Sofa sleeper is actually quite comfortable.

Every year in June, we take a girls trip to Key West. This year, we decided to rent a house and after looking through thousands of rental property ads, we selected the DuPont House. It looked amazing in the pictures, but then...don't they always?
So, when we arrived, we were suspicious about what we would see...what did we see?
Heaven!!!
This house is amazing. I hate to recommend it because I want it to always be available when we want to rent it!
We were a group of 6. It was very spacious and ridiculously affordable when divided by 6. We drew straws for the sofa bed...who wants to sleep on a sofa bed? I won the upstairs bedroom, but the sofa bed girls said it was the most comfortable sofa bed ever...no bar in the middle.
We rented bikes for the day, but by night, we could walk right out to Duval Street with no worries about how we could get the bikes home if we had too much to drink. The location of the house is prime!!!
With a beautiful kitchen and secluded pool and prime location, what can I say bad about the DuPont House? Only this...this house is so amazing, so comfortable, so relaxing and so enjoyable that we didn't had trouble motivating ourselves to go out to Duval Street.
If you are thinking about renting this house-don't think, just grab it!!

The pool never closes, the party never ends. The pool water, however, was cool. The house was nice with an adequate kitchen to cook in. We stayed for Fantasy Fest. The house location was excellent. We could replenish our drinks and use our own bathroom facilities. We then headed back to the party on Duval St. The parking area is very tight (we rented a van).

We love the Dupont House! Pictures don't quite do it justice because it has two-story ceilings because of the second bedroom. It is much more open and roomy than it appears. This is our second stay there and both times it has been perfect. It is current and appropriately (not to mention cutely) decorated... Seriously cute - we have a bunch of pictures of the house and its decorations! The house has all the amenities we could want - full kitchen, tv/dvd, boom box, grill, and plenty of extra towels. The beds are even comfy! Also, we had a child come with us this time and she loved the pool. Having our own walled-in courtyard with a pool that was all her own for her to swim in whenever she got too hot (which is often in august) was exactly what she needed. We'll definitely stay there again next time!
