The house was perfect for our stay. 6 adults and one baby. The pool was enjoyable for everyone and the baby particularly enjoyed the soft noise of the waterfall.
It would have been better if toilet tissue and paper towels and shampoo had been provided but that was a minor issue.
Overall a great experience and would definitely rent again. -

This house was beautifully decorated, has every kitchen amenity you need for making fabulous poolside drinks, the gorgeous palm lined pool has a wonderful waterfall and is the entire length of the backyard deck. You can walk the short 2 blocks to Duval and the craziness there and come back to this peaceful oasis. Would recommend for couples or a family, everything you need is right here. This is our 4th rental from RentKeyWest, everything runs very smoothly.

Staying at this property was great. Just a short walk to everything.. I mean everything, very clean house and beautiful community. This is the perfect place for anyone wanting to stay in Key West and being close to the local life. The landscape was amazing, and so was the house. So many ammenties included

Rent Key West was as usual great to work with! The home was very tropical and secluded, yet in a safe, residential, gated neighborhood that still felt like, true Key West. The location was perfect, close to everthing on Duval and the sunset pier for nightly activities and also close to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach - which is beautiful! What we liked best about the property was that it was luxurious, roomy and the pool was large, which is a little unusual in most of the homes in Key West. We also enjoyed the convenient location and seclusion of it all!! Definitely a great experience and vacation!

This is well cared for home, with three (3) suites; two on the upper level and one, a bit smaller, downstairs.
We did have a problem upon check it: the upstairs a/C was not functioning properly; the temperature rose to as high as 89 degrees. Clearly, this should have been diagnosed prior to our arrival. The positive aspect of this dilemma was the prompt action by Paul Hayes, the owner of Rent Key West. He visited the house several times during a 24 hour period, brought two workmen, one an Hvac licensed professional. The problem was solved as promptly as possible. However, I continue to believe that, despite the opinion of the Hvac man, the upstairs unit is undersized. In the heat of the afternoon, it could only get the upstairs down to about 79-80. On the other hand, the nights were fine.
My bottom line: this is a nice home, with a good pool and expansive deck. Is it worth the price? That, you must decide for yourself.
My primary suggestion is to consult with Paul and his staff at Rent Key West; he is an honest and dedicated businessman, traits that are in short supply, these days. Ask for his recommendations.
One last comment: this house is marketed through multiple brokers, with varying prices. Check the rates, but still book with RentKW. -

Rent Key West is very friendly and easy to deal with. Everything was great!!! The location of Admiral's Paradise cannot be beat and out children loved the pool!

The house was great having 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths, large deck and pool with beautiful tropical foliage. Each bedroom with a full bath gave an addded feature of privacy. No waiting to take a shower. The moment we entered the house we knew we had picked the right one. It's location was perfect. Quit tree lined neigborhood yet five minutes from all the action on Duval street. A 10-15 minute walk to the Fort Zachary state park beaches. Great for 3 couples. We have been coming to Key West for 11 straight years (both houses & resorts) and this was by far our best all around experience. Hope to be back soon.
