We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it couldn't have been better. Having stayed in Key West hotels many times, this was by far a better way to do it. Plenty of room, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a great location. Definitely would recommend My Getaway!!

Great location. Unit was a bit dated, but overall it was what we expected and a good value for the money. Mattresses need replacement. Would definitely stay there again.

Place was nice, big reasonably priced. Didn't like 10AM checkout (no flexibility). Didn't like having to pick up keys at different locatoin. Wasted extra $$ on taxi

Town home needs updating. Carpet is dirty, bedding is old and needs to be replaced. Toaster is broken, Internet will not connect and cable in 2nd bedroom doesn't work. When I returned keys I was not asked how are stay was and when I told desk clerk about problems was just told "oh sorry". I knew these where on going problems due to notes in the guest book that is in the town house. The location is good but the house is a mess. The rental costs is a little less then other homes in the area, but knowing the problems with house I would pay more and stay in a nicer place.

Overall experience was very good. The location was excellent.
The unit was clean and well stocked, however,the carpets were very dirty and toilet seat in the second bath upstairs was in very bad condition and needs to be replaced.
The property in general has many maintance issues that have been neglected or poorly done. -

The rugs upstairs are FILTHY!!!!. The fan needs to be fixed in master bedroom makes a clicking noise constantly.The sleeper sofa it is so worn you can't sleep on the mattress even sitting on it was not comfortable. Noticed a guest comment book there and all guests had the same complaints for quite awhile.

We spent a very enjoyable vacation. Excellent apartment. The location could not be better. We could walk everywhere. He delighted us much. Definitely if we have the chance we would again.

Great location for the property. The carpet was very dirty and worn and the couches were a bit uncomfortable. We had some very noisy neighbors the last night of our stay, but overall it met our needs for our stay.

We orginally booked a condo farther away not realizing how far away from Duval street we were going to be. 2 weeks before our stay we called Key West Vacation rentals and we were able to switch properties without any issues. They were very understanding with the change and very helpful.
Our condo was in a great location. On Duvall street but farther down so the night life was close but far away that the noise was not an issue.
Overall everyone was very helpful and we were happy with our location. -

This was the 3rd year my friends and I have stayed at the complex. One of the bathtubs was clogged during the shower. Overall great location and walking distance to activities. Would love to have returning discount stay each year.

This is a great place to stay with friends or family. Very easy access to Duval Street. The only complaint that I could make was the on call manager was not helpful in helping us find parking for our second vehicle. You only get one parking spot. If you do have a second vehicle take it to the place across from the Southernmost Hotel....only $10 a day.

The location was great. The property was run down and out of date. The back door was broken. The furniture was old. There wasn't much of a light in the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was very small. It would have been fine if it were priced according to it's condition. For the same money, I could have gotten a much nicer place.

Very happy with the condo - it was in a great location and had all the comforts of home (altho would have been better with Wifi). Staff was great. I do think they should make other parking spots available if not being used. Strongly recommend this spot!

Unit was in a good location, except that the management office was near the airport. Since we arrived early, the only place to leave our luggage before checkin was at the office. We spent nearly $100 in cab fare retrieving our luggage so we wouldn't waste our first and last day. Unit was spacious, but could use updated rugs and blinds.

We had a joyful time in Key West for the Fantesy Fest in October. Our location was perfect. The main street private entrance parking was convienent & safe. Our unit was located 1 story above Duval St. with a nice comfortable pool area. We had a A/C problem that was fixed very quickly by the staff. The townhome can eaisly sleep 6 and fit 8 people if needed. I would give the unit and management staff a 4 1/2 star rating out of 5.

the furniture was not moved back to its original place when we first arrived. We had to straighten it out. there was no detergent for the dishwasher. the dvd player was difficult to set up. overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Jamie was very helpful with our vacation to Key West, the unit was in a prime location. We enjoyed our stay there were a few cosmetic issues with the place however. The door to the unit was very hard to open and close, the floor had a broken tile which was temporarily repaired by us. Some of the dishes were dirty. There was a leak in the ceiling above the kitchen which was probably caused by the second rooms bathroom tub since it didn't drain very well. The downstairs bathroom mirror needs to be replaced, you can not even see your refelction in it. The master bedrooms balcony is also falling apart, one of the spindles is very loose.
These were all annoyances if anything that can easily be fixed. We would stay again because of the location and if all of these cosmetic issues were resolved.Response from Key West Vacation Properties and Realty LLC - 01/29/2010
