Dieses Haus ist für 2 Pärchen sehr zu empfwehlen. Ruhig gelegen und nicht weit zur Duvall Street! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

This property has lots of potential (quite spacious and good location) but very run down and dingy.When we arrived half the lights in one of the bathrooms and the kitchen weren't working and we had to call the agent. Then we wanted to BBQ. It was filthy and again called the agent to have it cleaned. The gas cylinder then ran out halfway through. There were no tea towels to dry dishes (no dishwasher) no salad spinner and horrible Salvation Army type mismatched dishes. The closets hadn't been cleaned out , not too much storage and the kitchen cupboard was full of supplies other people had left. We have been to Key West many times and never had this before. Nowhere to sit outside at the pool and the sunroom off the kitchen had no lights so if we wanted to eat dinner in, we had to take a lamp from the living could all be upgraded with not too much cost. Front porch very dirty, needed a good scrub, but nothing to clean it with.The pool seemed to lose water and made an awful noise. A neighbour came round to complain and told us to fill it with a hose which we did every day!

The location of the rental property was perfect. We loved being so close to the wharf, and just a few blocks from Duval. The house was very clean when we arrived, and we had ample linens and kitchen supplies. The pool was great, and we appreciated the
weekly pool service. We had a few minor issues, but the rental agency responded quickly to all of them. The house was a perfect fit for our needs. Our only criticism would be that the house could use a little TLC. The kitchen is a bit dated, and it would have
been great to have a more modern stove to cook on for the month. We also had a few issues with the electricity in the bathroom, but the maintenance man showed us the location of the fuse box, so we could reset it if it was tripped. All in all, we really enjoyed
our stay and would be happy to rent this property again in the future. -

Really a nice vacation house in a good location. It had everything we needed including towels and a blender. The private pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely rent this again.
