There are a few things that should be repaired/cleaned. The clothes hangers were dusty and had to be cleaned; all bathroom vents need to be cleaned; and the left sink in the master bath is sagging on the right side. I did have to spray some "oderless/stainless" insecticide in the kitchen because of some small fast moving ants that were living in the wall and in a potted plant.
