This place would be perfect if it weren't for a few things that marred some of the experience.
Before I continue, know that I'm OK sleeping on floors and military cots.
The house is beautiful - tall ceilings, modern appliances, beautiful flooring, huge rooms, massive bathrooms (4 of them!!!), cute landscaping, and a little pool in the back to cool off in the evening. Most importantly, the location is amazing - 3 short blocks from the lower third of Duval street and a 10 minute walk to South Beach (of Key West, not Miami obviously).
The negative: All of it has to do with the attitude of the people at the rental office. The first day we got there, the smoke detectors were beeping nonstop all night (no one slept for the first 3 days) and there were huge roaches running around the cabinets where all the plates and cutlery were. This being Key West (tropical), I didn't make a big deal of it. I went to the CVS, bought a pile of roach traps and took care of the problem myself. I casually mentioned this to the staff at the rental office, and they acted like I was crazy. It also took 5 days before the alarm problem got sorted out because the poor property manager kept coming over and trying to figure it out. Again, everytime I called the rental agency to tell them the alarms were going off all day, they blew me off and were rude.
In the end, great property, lousy people. Which is very incongruent with the rest of Key West, where most people are friendly and uncomplicated.
I would look elsewhere before renting this place, because I don't know how you would get them to help you if something serious happened, like a blackout or flooded toilet. -

The town homes were luxury at it's best! The appliances were outstanding, the decor - elegant and comfortable. We came down with a group of 17, rented 4 town homes and had an absolute blast!

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a week during Fantasy Fest and loved it. The townhome is beautiful and great for a group. It is a little bit of a walk to get around, but totally worth it. We had one issue with the aC during our stay, but they came out and fixed it very quickly. We highly recommend this townhome to others thinking about vacationing to Key West.

The house lived up to my expectations. The size was perfect and the high ceilings made it feel even larger. The house was in great shape and nicely furnished. We all loved the deck out back and dipping pool. The location waas wonderful within walking distance to Duvall Street, yet quite.
The only negative although it says no pets, the house next to ours had a dog that barked alot nespecially in the morning.
