"Everything that you could ask for" is one way to sum it up. There were 10 of us and the 2 houses provided us with a great area to hang out around the pool. In addition, we could find plenty of privacy because there were 5 bedrooms. the 3v1/2 bathrooms along with 2 outside showers made it very easy for 10 people to get ready to go out. Plus the location was within walking distance to everything! We come to Key West often and will definitely stay here again. Both houses were very clean, plus there was daily housekeeping service. We had all the conveniences of staying in a hotel, but the benefits of a house.

I booked this place for a large group 5 months before the event and all the pictures and amenities were more than we needed, when we got there they had added the private pool and remodeled the entire place. All of us loved the place and said we would be booking it again because of the options it gave us with space and sleeping as well as the location. I have stayed with this same company for years and each time they seem to get better and better, only great things to say about the staff and properties.

We rented the Retreat and love it. We had 11 people (26-29yrs old) at one point and everyone had plenty of room. The location is perfect and having parking spots is a huge plus. Check-in and check-out was painless. Overall I would highly recommend this rental for a large group looking to be close to the action.
