The end of this main deck and the aft deck provides views of the world-class yachts underway within the marina and the Atlantic beyond. You could spend all afternoon out here, day after day or choose instead a different deck every day, sharing the relaxing sunshine with a delicate blue heron or a curious pelicans, and even an occasional manatee.
THE KEY WEST HARBOR MARINA...Guests on board the M/V Coconuts enjoy full membership privileges at the Key West Harbour Marina including dining at the gourmet restaurant and lounging below, at the marina's big harbor front infinity pool. Steps from the pool area and an outdoor bar is the quiet beach with chaises, a Tiki bar out on the point, and a fully equipped gym that includes a sauna. Sunday nights there is even a potluck happy hour party organized by boat owners at the marina and all of our guests are welcome to join in the fun!

We are seasoned travellers and did enjoy our stay on the MV Coconuts. The photos are deceiving as to the size of the space on board. But hey they are after all photos! The washer was broke and we were told we could use the one available to members of the yacht club... However neither washer or dryer at the club worked either. We took it to the nearest laundrymat. The caretaker Ray was very friendly and egar go help us with any questions we had about our visit! Thank you Ray! The boat was very clean. The tv's in the bedrooms both had very bad connections and crackled defiantly needs repair, we notified Ray. that being said we did not go to key west to watch Tv. We truly enjoyed our time on the Coconuts and would do it again.
Nice alternatif for hotel

We were on the boat with only 2 people, so plenty of place !
We liked the marina and the boat very well. Something completely different than an hotelroom ... We had perfect weather so we used the different terraces on the boat depending on the wind and sun. The only point what could be better is the quality of the bedding (sheets, blankets, towels...) For this price you expect some better quality.
Anyway, when we wil go back to the us I certainly will search for something similar to stay on

Great alternative to a more traditional place to stay - tranquil

We really enjoyed our two night stay aboard the M/V Coconuts. This was our very first boat rental and we would definitely do it again. We had two adults and four teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everyone we met at the marina was super friendly. Even Marvin the resident manatee who welcomed us upon our arrival. Sitting on the top deck at night looking at the moon and stars was so peaceful and tranquil. We found a well stocked kitchen with full size appliances, spices, seasonings, dishes, utensils, etc. and were so grateful for the numerous beach towels as well as the dryer ( we didn't need to use the washer). Our only complaint was that the downstairs toilet started to leak from underneath on our 2nd night, despite the fact that we made sure we didn't put anything in the toilet that wasn't supposed to go in it. When we called the maintenance phone number and left a message no one retuned our call or showed up to fix the problem so we had to walk to the restroom/bathhouse at the end of the dock from that point until we left the next day - very inconvenient - because we didn't want to use the upstairs toilet, sinks or dishwasher for fear it would make the problem worse.
That said, with the amenities of the yaht club ( pool , bar , restaurant, beach ) ,and the amenities of the boat itself - it was a great stay . Read more

We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay minus the mishap with the downtairs toilet. Marine toilets can be a bit sensitive. We apologize no one was able to solve this for you in time. We have since hired a new Property Manager who is handling all maintenance issues for us 24/7 so issues like this do not happen again. If you'd ever like to give us a second try please call us and we'll see what type of frequent floater discount we can give you!
She's a great old ship!!!

A little grungy getting to her, just the neighborhood is a little blue collar. But once at the Marina it's a whole different world. Nice clean and well kept marina and this old girl is just great. We loved the view from the master bedroom and even watched the fireworks on the 4th of July from the bridge. The cleaning staff where really nice and all went extremely well. If your looking for a unique place to stay I can't think of anything better than the MV Coconuts.

Great large space to share with friends, yet you all have privacy with multiple floors and decks. The beds could use some new mattresses and sheets, but otherwise it was much better than a b & b. The marina is just outside of town and provides a safe quiet stay. The club house has great food and services. During our stay, our a/C went out and our host worked into the wee hours of the morning to fix it and refunded us the day. They were very easy and pleasant to work with. I am booking my next stay with them in the Key West.
