What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The villa was amazing and so was the courtyard. We can't wait to for our next trip to Key West and we will definitely be booking this villa again.

From the moment we walked throught the beautiful gated entrance, my husband and I felt right at home. The bricked courtyard complete with tables, chairs, and umbrellas was so welcoming. The villa was decorated in very elegant Key West style. Very comfortable living spaces. We will definitely return to 921 Center Street!

We rented the Caribbean Suite for a long weekend. It’s a 1 bedroom with 1 ½ bath. We were 2 couples. From check in to check out this was an a+ experience. We found the place right away. It’s not far from the rental office. This is a gated area. It has a very nice courtyard. Very close to Duval. It’s about ½ a block. Right across the street is a large CVS. If you want a pool there are 2 (not counting the one under construction while we were there). 1 pool is one house over and the other one is across the street. They were nice size for Key West.
Only eyesore was that they had construction going on at the time we stayed. This construction was right next to this suite so opening up the shades was not a pretty sight although they did not leave it messy. They were putting in a small pool. The construction work was not intrusive at all, nor were the workers. They were very quite.
What you see in the pictures is exactly what this place looks like. This suite had enough room for the 4 of us. The ½ bath downstairs is a plus, so is having the full bath outside of the bedroom upstairs. It had a full kitchen. We didn’t eat out at all. I live in Fort Lauderdale so we drove down and went fully stocked as we always do to Key West. If you are flying down, there are plenty of stores on the island to go to. There is also a Publix (large grocery store) if you need to stock up on stuff. It's a little bit away but close enough if you have a car. It’s a short cab ride or drive. The courtyard is very nice with tables and chairs. We ate outside even in the rain. They have a BBQ that we used to grill sausage and in that area they have Cockatiels and parakeets, very cute. One of the Cockatiels is very friendly and will dance for your attention.
There seems to be a couple that maintains this property and they do a great job. They are always available to answer questions and are very pleasant.
My husband and I slept on the sofa bed. We all know staying on a sofa bed in a hotel/rental could be frightening especially when you first open it. I was afraid of what I would find. I opened it slowly and to my surprise it was clean! My sister in law came down stairs with sheets for it and they were crispy clean.
We rented from Key West Vacation Rentals and I don’t know what cleaning company they use but there was not a speck of dust anywhere. We had used them this past June and stayed at another place they rented and that place was spotless also.
We would definitely stay here again or another unit there. -

Caribbean suite is a beautiful and comfortable suite in the heart of Key West. Everything was very clean and the unit included everything we could have needed. The pools are wonderful, and we loved talking with other visitors in the central courtyard. Its within walking distance of everything, even a cute little grocery. This is good, because our only complaint is lack of parking spots for this location.

Stayed in the Carribean Suite. The place was great! The cottage was colorful, clean and the grounds reminded me of staying on a Disney Resort. You won't be disappointed if you stay there. Planning a trip in June 2010 and will be staying there again.

Lovely accommodations within walking distance of everything there is to do in Key West! It was nice to have more than just a hotel room with an upstairs bedroom, living room on the first floor, and our own kitchen. We enjoyed coffee and bagels while sitting on the front porch, spent time in both the pool and jacuzzi, and loved the tranquility of the gardens (including the cat!). We have since recommended it to others including our parents who have stayed there. And we will be back again!

The accommodations met our expectations based on the information we reviewed prior to booking. The swimming pool arrangements left something to be desired. We found the little community inside the gates charming and would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I was in Key West for our newphews wedding on July 4th and booked this unit to be close to everyone else. It was a last minute reservation and it was the best place, the guys went out on a fishing trip and we had everyone over and grilled the catching of the day and gathered in the gazabeo, it was great. The Caribbean Suite, was the best, nice and cozy, quite, and everyone in the party loved it. Would stay there again if we ever get another chance to go back to Key West.

Great stay in Key West. Half a block from Duval Street and everything within walking distance. We brought our 35 pound dog with us everywhere. The courtyard is very very nice and liked having the security gate. The Caribbean room was better then I could ever imagine. Extremely clean and very comfortable bed. The AC wall units kept the place very cool. Next time we come down I would not stay anywhere else. Go to Mangoes restaurant!

Our family of five loved every minute of our stay. Close to all attractions and restaurants downtown. Bike ride away from anything we wanted to do. Very nice decor, very clean, very comfortable suite. Beautiful courtyard. Pool access a plus.

I can't count the number of trips we have made to Key West over the years. Each time we find some place different to stay. But I think that trend will be broken. Our stay in the Caribbean Suite has to be the best yet. First of all, the accomodations were beautiful! The suite is beautifully decorated, not with discounted condo furniture, but beautiful restort furniture. Everything you need could be found in the kitchen. The bedroom was amazing. We traveled as four adults and the Caribbean Suite was perfect. I am told the hide-a-bed was very comfortable. Having the half bath downstairs made it even better. Another one of our traditions in Key West is to rent bikes. What a deal! The rental company brought the bikes to us! And at a great price! We were in great proximity to everything; close enough for the excitement and far enough for peace and quiet! Speaking of, the court yard is beautiful! A great place to sit and read or chat with your new neighbors. The pool is less than a hop and a jump away! I will be honest, we will stay there again! It will be our first choice from now on (another tradition broken!) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I've stayed in various hotels in Key West but have to say the Caribbean Suite is fantastic!! Its a gorgeous unit within walking/biking distance to everything. We parked our car and never moved it again. We had an awesome week here and look forward to visiting again soon.

My fiance and I have been visiting Key West twice a year for several years now and this was by far one of our favorite trips. The location of the unit is ideal, we parked the car and didn't use it again until we had to leave. We rented bikes (you cannot keep them in the courtyard but there is a bike rack outside the gate) and rode all over the island. The property itself is beautifully landscaped with flowering plants. The unit is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We will definately stay again. I must say we are a little on the picky side and this property met our expectations.

We visited the Caribbean Suite back in November, 2007. I had never rented a vacation home sight unseen before and was a bit nervous of what we would find when we arrived. It was beautiful!! It was much better than we had expected. The pictures on the Key West Vacation Rental website don't do it justice. It was close to the action, but not smack dab in the middle of it- we were traveling with with our 9 year old daughter. If you look at the pictures on the website, you will see a cat sitting on the front porch swing and guess what? That cat really does live there! OR at least one that looks just like him.
The daily cleaning service was immaculate and everything was clean and new looking. Loved the decorations and being able to have a full kitchen at our disposal if needed- only needed it for dishes to eat key lime pie for breakfast!
The grounds were beautiful and we felt safe as the courtyard was enclosed with a locked gate. The courtyard is beautiful and very relaxing.
About the only downside is that the pool was across the street in another courtyard and in a very shady area- abit too cold to swim in. But we really didn't need it because we spent our time on the beaches.
I would highly recommend the Caribbean Suite- infact we are going to Key West again this November and we are strongly leaning toward renting this property again. -

Loved the Caribbean Suite! Was the most expensive of the group of cottages, but well worth it. Decor and style were spot on - beautifully themed furnishings etc. Would highly recommend, and love to return in the future. One of the most chilled out, relaxing holidays we've ever had.
