Colorado SpringsClean, close to slopes, super fun

We stayed in this unit for three nights right before Christmas. Our door key did not work, but guest services came up within five minutes to re-key the lock. They were super nice and friendly. The unit was very nice, all 3 bathrooms were spotless and spacious. the hot-tubs and pool were clean and fresh and we met and talked to a couple of fun people, but mostly had the hot-tubs and pool to ourselves! The coolest thing for us was walking to the gondola. This meant early risers could hit the slopes without coordinating rides, and we could come in for a leisurely lunch break and take a nap before night skiing. Several of us were night skiing and surprised by a fireworks display, which was super cool. Others watched the fireworks from the balcony. Balcony was another neat feature. We had two couples and two singles, so we used the sleeper sofa and Murphy bed. All beds were comfy. Dining table was big enough for all of us at our evening meals together. Price was good; I thought we would have to pay a lot more to be this close to the slopes. We usually rent a house off the hill, but this was way more fun.

When we booked the condo we had lots of help, person gave valuable information. Check in was good. Only problem we had was the keys did not work but they brought them to us very quickly. Person did say they would bring more then 2 keys as some they brought did not work, never did. But stay was good. Condo was nice, did sleep 8 but I don't think you could sit 8 in the condo. We had six and that was fine. Condo was nicely furnished and had more then enough towels, pillows and blankets. Would stay here again. Recommend for a group of 6 maximum.

Great for our recent trip with extended family. The Murphy Bed is much more comfortable than a pull-out couch for the kids. Well equiped kitchen. Very easy walk to the lifts each morning and close enough that we walked back for lunch as well. Not cheap during Spring Break, but a good value overall.

The apartment is in a fantastic location a minute's walk from the kids ski school. It is well maintained and clean. Although very compact, the apartment has 3 bathrooms and has sufficient closet space. The huxton bed in the living room is very large and comfortable - much better than a sofa bed. So our family of five were comfortable, with two kids sharing a room and one child slept in the living room. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The ski locker was big enough to fit gear for all five of us. While this apartment is fairly small and is not luxurious,the convenience of being SO close to the gondola and the restaurants etc make for a fantastic vacation. We will definitely return.

We were very pleased with the unit we stayed in. It was spacious and having 3 bathrooms and the murphy bed really helped. It was convenient to the slopes and to River Run Village. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The mattress on the pull-out sofa isn't the most comfortable.
