The location was tough to beat for the Keystone Ski Resort, but it can tend to get a bit loud at night with the hot tubs being just outside the windows on the ground floor. Also, at the time of visit, the fireplace did not work, nor did the satellite tv in the bedroom. The pull out bed had a large stain on the bedding as well. I believe managment is going to address this and it could easily be resolved for future stays

We have visited Keystone several times , love it there , always used Skyrun Condos , Sliver Mill has a great location we have stayed in that building several times, units are nice, my only issue with this particular unit was the bed -it was very uncomfortable , hope it was replaced or will bee soon

Very nice well equipped and well maintained. We had a couple of service requests that were answered very quickly. Only complaint is the fire place did not work and they were unable to repair it during our stay.
Great location in the village. Easy checking and out procedures and nice parking garage. -

The unit I was promised was not available upon arrival
I had requested a hot tob and pool but was moved to a property that had neither. After a bit of pushing back the agent found us a property that we agreed to but I had to pay an additional fee. It just took way too long and it would have seemed that Sky would have know to not down grand a customer and would have had all that worked out before arrival. I did get an updated Res notice from Sky saying we had been moved to the village and I assumed that all the other things would have been the same.
It took over and hour to get this all worked out.
The agent on duty was polite and did a good job so that is not the issue. Just seems someone did not put customer first in the process

The first time my daughter and I went to keystone and we stay at Silvermill and had a wonderful time. so nice the Gondala and shops are so close. We will be staying again.

The unit was small but very effecient. We would have liked to see more counter space in the bathroom but still accomodating. There were cigarette butts all over the outside deck which we thought was unusual since it was a non-smoking unit. Overall, we liked it and enjoyed the unit immensely!

Went with wife for a wk long si trip.
The place was everything we needed and more.
It is so nice to have a full kitchen and to be so close to the lift. The underground heated garage is something you don't realize is important until you actually have it. Having been on many ski trips, I must say that nothing is worse than getting off the slopes and having to walk a half mile to your car only to freeze while you wait for the car to warm up. It was much nicer to come off the slopes, strip down, and get in the hot tub.

We enjoyed the condo with the exception of not having a land line phone. We wouldn't of minded but we were unaware of this and otherwise could of planned ahead.

Our experience was great from the moment we picked up the keys; the check-in staff had stayed late to greet us and make sure our entrance to the condo was effortless. Upon opening the front door, I was relieved to see that the quality of the condo was even higher than I had expected from the photos (you know how misleading photos can be sometimes). Every detail of the condo was perfect. The furniture and features utilize every square inch to optimize comfort and space. We felt right at home. It was an easy walk to the lifts and the perfect place to stop boarding midday for lunch and a nap. The three hot tubs downstairs always had plenty of room and were just the right temperature. I would definitely rate this rental 5 stars, except that we actually spent more time at A-Basin than Keystone. So the premium price we paid for the location at the Keystone lifts was a little lost on us. If you're exclusively skiing Keystone, this is the place for you.

I really enjoyed my stay. The unit was very comfortable and updated in style. I really liked that is was so close to everything right in the heart of River Run. You could snowboard a few hours then pop over to the condo for lunch. I will definitely rent this unit again. Also the property management was awesome!!! I needed a humidifier and I just called them and they had one over to me within 20 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Check-in was convenient and when one of our keys did not work, a SkyRun Vacation Rental representative quickly took care of the problem and issued a new key bringing it to us at the property.
The home is clean and decorated nicely. The location is very nice. We enjoyed the hot tubs that can be seen from the balcony.
We enjoyed the comfort, convenience, and views the best.
The only thing that was a negative, was that many of the shops, and restaurants were not open. We missed the opening of many of them by a week. However, it was only a short drive to nearby restaurants and shops.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and our family made great memories together there. -

this was our second time back , rooms nice , convinient location ,very close to gondola!!! loved that! only problem we had was that we got to Keystone after 7 , office was closed and key that was left for us was not for our room , we did call # provided but person could not come out to give us a key , so we had to drive back to the office and get other keys from the box , all this took about 90 minutes , after long trip from Florida to get there ...was not happy about this scenario , all else was great , would go back there again but will try to get there while the office is still open
