Greensboro, NCGreat views and location
Left on 03/20/2013 for a stay in March 2013
This unit was well kept and clean. The views from the balcony were beautiful and of Keystone and it is a 2 minute walk to Peru lift. Plenty of room even with a full kitchen and three beds packed into the condo. Overall a great experience and home base for exploring the other nearby resorts as well.

We loved our condo. We could see 2 black diamond ski runs from our balcony. Nice and roomy. The only downside was the noise from upstairs. Luckily the noise stoped by 10:00PM. Great location.

The place is really nice and you feel home.
Lifts are five minutes away, easy walk (see picture).
A 1 services are friendly, fast and always available.
If needed, busservice is located infront of building to other ski places and Dillon/Silverthorn for shopping.

Keystone Condo Renter
Oakland CABetter managed than appointed
Left on 07/31/2011 for a stay in July 2011
The arrangements, the price, the location, and the management of the condo rental were excellent. Nice flat-screen TV, boom box, spacious common area with deck facing the mountain.
The condo's appointments were a little disappointing, though.
The wireless Internet access didn't work on 2 of the 5 days and the wired Internet access didn't work on my last night either. I heard that electric storms in the area affected Comcast, so it may not have been a condo problem.
If there was air conditioning, there was no information on how to get it working. It was cool enough in the evenings, so it wasn't a problem. Make sure you get instructions or verify there is a/C.
The crank on one window was broken so it couldn't be opened. Bring your own corkscrew - the one there is too basic to easily open a bottle, esp. one with a plastic cork.
The view from the deck outside the unit is lovely, but marred by the bright area lighting behind the building. It's necessary for security, I imagine, but it's very hard to see the stars in the night sky above the glare.Response from A1 Vacation Rentals - 08/21/2011

We are sorry about the internet, we had the worest lighting storms in recent history and everywhere in the county had problems. We do not have a/c here in the mountins sorry.

There was not one thing lacking at this rental property! Loved having the basic spices, the kitchen equipped with the right items to cook, and the books and games were a fun addition!
Having wi-fi in the unit allowed us to take care of basic business while on vacation too!
Would definately stay again when we decide to stay in Keystone! -

This was the second year in a row we came for two weeks. Everything one needs is there and in very good condition, some things have been improved or renewed (e.g. floor covering), very nice and quiet place, location and carparking is very convenient.

Colorado Springs, COGreat location and clean condo!
Left on 02/02/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Overall the condo was great! The only negative thing was the folks above me; I think they brought a herd of elephants with them. I was not sure who to ask for help, so I took it upon my self to ask them to "please" cease the roof-stomping parties at 2-4 a.m. Wow, that got tiresome. It was almost a "show stopper" for considering to rent this condo again.
Other than that, my stay was super!
One suggestion... On the checklist for checking out, it metions returning the garage door openers and passes to the pool/hot tub, in addition to the room key(s). I never used the garage and pool, so I was unsure if perhaps I never got these items at check in. You might want to add "if applicable" on the checklist.
Thanks for the chance to provide feedback!

MinnesotaNon-resident elk hunters - 4 guys.
Left on 11/01/2010 for a stay in October 2010
Great place to stay while elk hunting in October. Enclosed parking with electrical plug-in for freezer we brought in trailer. Elevator from lower level parking to 2nd floor was great. Slow season, so we had the hot-tub and pool virtually to ourselves; which was great after hunting all day. Bring your own pans if you plan on cooking burgers, steaks. A bit disappointed I didn't get my cell phone charger back, which I left, but I guess it's my own fault.

What first attracted us to this specific unit was the low price compared to other units!! (Good value for what we received) But we were so impressed with the location, the quietness, and many amenities. Please keep the price low and you will attract more people. We will definitely tell our friends!!!

We stayed here for five days in July. We felt the condo was spacious and comfortable. It was close to great mountain biking and hiking and the view was spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed and the DVD player was handy for our daughter. The bathroom could use some updating, but it was clean and functional.

We stayed here over spring break with our two teenage boys and were very comfortable. Great place to kick back, well equipped. My son especially enjoyed the 1,000 piece snow leopard puzzle which he managed to complete over the 5 nights we were there. They also liked Keystone the best of the four Summit County ski resorts we went to, so the location was ideal.

GermanyPerfect place for skiing
Left on 02/18/2010 for a stay in February 2010
The place is very convenient, has everything one needs, is easy to access, has a short walk to the lifts, is basically silent and has comfortable beds. The fireplace is nice and if you know how to burn wood it works very good. Also location and operation of whirlpool and swimming pool is good. free internet is another plus. There is also a building manager locally available which can help very fast (e.g. if you lost a key).
The amount of water coming through the shower is too low - it is not easy to really get wet (although the handset is of prime quality). The refrigeratior is nice in size, has a freezer and icecube maker, but runs very long and its noise may disturb the sleep of sensitive people (in the living room bed).
As stated above everything else is perfect and contributed to a very pleasant stay.

Good location for all ski areas & walk to Keystone. Heated garage and a short walk to the elevater. Vacation Rentals is the way to go for renting a condo. James is always on call for all your needs. To talk about the least liked thing about the condo, which isn't a big deal, would be the noise from the condo above us. We loved this condo because of the comfortable furniture, new carpet & all the comforts of home. Great exposure for sitting on the deck in January.

Nice condo! Seemed bigger than a 1 bedroom w the Murphy bed in the living room. Needs a new shower head in bathroom (too little water flow). Liked being walking distance to Keystone, but they now charge $50/day for kids to ride the Magic Carpet. This meant that it would have cost my husband $90 for a lift ticket that he would only being using to instruct my 7 year old on beginner lift/Magic Carpet plus $50 for my son. I had to carry my 3 year old (1st time skier) up the hill myself or it would have cost us equally. Ski school too expensive & why pay for that when parents are expert skiers? We drove to A-Basin 2nd day and they only charged us $15/kid. But why pay for walking distance to lift if you end up driving? Liked pool and hottub, but didn't like having to walk outside to get to them. Also, got stuck in traffic on way home. Next time, we'll go to Winter Park/Steamboat to avoid the tunnel.
