Had a wonderful time at the resort. The open floor plan worked well for the group of people we went with. Really enjoyed the view from the giant window.

Upon arrival, it is just a quick trip from the check-in counter to the condos location. the parking lot is easily accesible, and the place also has a sweet indoor pool jacuzi and sauna. the condo is located a quick drive, or short shuttle run away from the mountain as well. additionaly, the condo view overlooks a gorgeouse section of the mountain.

Great stay! Slept 6 comfortably. One guy got the pull out bed in the closet. It was pretty comical that the closet was also a bedroom. Great times! Clean Place. Wish it had a deck!! and a bit of a walk from the parking lot with gear on but could be worse. Only downfall..

Very nice and accommodating place. Only two complaints: 1) the dishwasher did not work, and 2) it was the coldest condo we have ever stayed in - either the heat was not working properly or something.

The condo was very clean and loved Keystone, however, the condo was upstairs on the 3rd/4th floor actually and was very warm. It was hard to sleep at night unless the window was opened, and even with that uncomfortable in the summer. Sun set on west side of window and warmed up quite a bit. Finally found a small box fan to place in bedroom. Unit would be wise to add ceiling fans and have box fans in closets. Family could not sleep upstairs because of warming. They slept on the couches. Very nice location close to everything. Next time prefer 1st floor condo. Also elevator takes forever!

Kansas CityGreat summer vacation home!

We stayed at this condo after we backpacked for four days. We were looking for some pampering after doing without for that long and this condo was exactly what we wanted. The swimming pool and hot tub was excellent. The only issue we had was how unseasonably hot it was. There was only one window and it did not have any screens so if we opened it, especially at night we got bugs. There were two fans provided and they were a great help.

We stayed at The Pines for a family reunion. There were 5 families in different units and all the units were very nice. Our unit was very clean and modern. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped above and beyond our needs! The only complaint are the plastic mini-blinds covering the skylight windows in both bedrooms. They are very flimsy, do not hang properly and block out no light whatsoever. This may not be a problem in the winter months, but it certainly is in the summer when daylight begins around 5:30 a.m. Other than this, our unit was wonderful. I highly recommend and I would definitely book again.

Denveroverpriced
Left on 02/16/2011 for a stay in February 2011
older condo with basics, needs some updating. Beds were OK but fold out sofas were uncomfortable and the roll away bed seriously so. Not enough coffee and the check out time is too early. Harder to find condo, not close to slopes. Nice enough place for a family but a little pricey.

this is the very least expensive property that we have of our 100 and our checkout time is 11am. everyone else's checkout is an hour earlier at 10am. we're also the only ones that supply high-end vail roasters coffee ... all in all we just didn't have a good match for your expectations. i think you'll have trouble finding something costing less in the resort or a later checkout. sorry we didn't meet your expectations.

Denver, COReally big condo
Left on 12/29/2010 for a stay in December 2010
We stayed here with our 2 boys, ages 9 & 11. It is huge, and we enjoyed the view from the big window off the back. It is quite a walk to the parking lot and the buses don't run as often in the pines, but the pool is close by. We felt like we got a good deal because this condo was much cheaper than some others that are more centrally located, but this wasn't the nicest or most convenient condo we've stayed in. Of course, it was almost half the price, and with growing boys, we needed the space, so it was perfect for us this year.

BoulderSpacious unit with fine view, but needs blinds to block sun.
Left on 09/29/2010 for a stay in July 2010
Your sales staff did a good job over the phone which convinced us to go with this unit. The checkin was easy and we were impressed when we walked in to such a spacious and well-equipped unit. The view from the living room was terrific. Our only real problem was the the poor quality of the blinds. They were dilapidated and simply didn't block the morning sun, making it difficult to sleep beyond 5:30 a.m. A simple upgrade would make a huge difference, particularly for summer guests. We received excellent service. We left a rental DVD at the location and called your local management office. They worked with housekeeping and recovered the DVD, which we greatly appreciated. The level of service from your staff was excellent.
