Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through the ********* ski season. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Skyrun will not provide any refunds due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area.

This slopeside, 2 bedroom and 3 full bathroom condo sleeps 6 very comfortably and can sleep up to 8 people. The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing in front of the gas fireplace or watching a movie on the flat screen TV. There is a queen size Murphy bed that easily folds down from the wall between the cozy living room and the dining room table, which seats up to 8 people for when you utilize the fully stocked kitchen. The balcony has a perfectly breathtaking view of the slopes and the Gondola. The unit is so close that you can ski down for lunch! There is a third full bathroom which features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination to accommodate any extra guests.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom that features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and also has a bathroom en-suite with a shower/tub combination.

Red Hawk is amenity rich with a private year-round heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, steam room, inviting lobby with pool table, game tables and private ski lockers with plenty of room for snowboards or skis! Enjoy all of the extra space and a third bathroom in River Run, but quiet and close to slopes. Come enjoy amenity-rich Red Hawk Lodge!

-- Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. In the Rockies, the temperature cools down by 8 o'clock every night, therefore an AC is not necessary.

SkyRun cannot provide more parking than the listing states.  There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort.  Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots.  Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.DEPOSIT: Major Credit Cards Accepted - 33.33% of rental required upon confirmation of all reservations as deposit (min $300). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 6.28% CO and local sales taxes, a 6.9% resort booking fee, and a $59 accidental damage waiver which will all be added to your reservation.

Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay.

Very clean and neat condo. We had five adults and one child with us, and it was a little tight, but comfortable. Very close to the ski slopes, but quiet. Would stay here again!
