This HUGE 1br condo is SKI-IN SKI-OUT at a great price! 2 oversized decks, TOP FLOOR 20' ceilings and the best view of the Mountain House slopes of any SkyRun condo.
Walk only 50 feet to the lifts from this spacious, open and well appointed 1 bedroom condo. The living room is larger than many 3 bedroom condos with windows on 3 sides and 2 decks to soak in the sun and the views of both Loveland and Montezuma pass. Watch the skiers on 5 slopes or the kids on the beginners slope from the comfortable living room or deck facing the slopes. All wood furniture in mission cherry with glass tops. The location is really fantastic - you are overlooking the slopes and are a short walk to 2 lifts as well as the ski school. If you don't want to pack equipment constantly for skiing, this is the perfect building to be in. The hottubs outside are always warm, which is nice after a long, tiring day on the slopes. This is an excellent condo to rent for a small family with young children.
One word of advise - don't forget your key card - my husband and I were each locked out of the building at separate times and nobody (not even the rental company across Highway 6) will help you get back into the building.
Also, you definitely want to pick up groceries in a town outside of Keystone on your drive in. Local food is limited and very overpriced.
Another negative is the sleeping arrangements. This condo is very comfortable for 2 people to sleep (3 if someone doesn't mind sleeping on the couch). Don't expect to sleep comfortably on the convertible sofa (thin, old mattress) or the inflatable bed (has a slow leak and you end up flat on the floor by morning).
The laundry facilities are shared, but close and convenient - just make sure you bring quarters for the machines ($1.50 per each use).
The view from all directions of this third floor condo are beautiful and although the decor is quite dated, it is very clean. -

What a great find! Perfect location, clean, comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was great for a single family who have children who can sleep on the pullout couch. Only criticism is it could use some updating, but this was minor. I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone.

The place was excellent. We would definitely book again when heading to Keystone. The place was perfect for 4 people (2 couples). Living area is huge!!! Perfect location with only 60ft to buy ski lifts and hot breakfast waiting in lodge prior to hitting the slopes. Able to wake up at 8am and be on the lift by 8:45am. Can't beat this place.

This is an excellent location. We were here over the New Year's holiday and we had a great family vacation. We have teenagers and it was the perfect condo for us. We'd ski and meet back at the condo for lunch since it was so close to the slopes. We'll definitely stay here next year if it's available!
