This Key To The Rockies two bedroom, two bath Springs Lodge 8863 property is located in the River Run Village a short 150 yard walk to the gondola. Built in 2000 this property is decorated in a classic mountain décor. Guests will enjoy views of the mountains off the balcony, overlooking the beautiful common area pool. Enjoy seating on the balcony along with a large gas grill. With 880 square feet of living space guests will enjoy spacious bedrooms. The kitchen offers all the necessary amenities along with a dining table with seating for five and brand new granite counter tops.The living room offers high speed internet access a 32" flat... screen television with a DVD player and tile gas fireplace relax in front of after a long day on the slopes. The living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa which brings the sleeping capacity to seven people. The master bedroom is decorated with a beautiful four poster queen size bed, 32" flat screen television and full en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and new granite counter tops.The guest bedroom is equipped with a captains bunk, queen futon on the bottom and twin on the top, 26" flat screen television and a nice desk and chair for your convenience.The full guest bathroom is located off the entryway to the property.Guests will enjoy access to ski storage and underground parking. There is a year round pool and hot tub right at the property, perfect for relaxing at in the summer time and rewarding those hard worked muscles in the winter.   We have stayed at The Springs before and in many other properties in River Run over the last 2 years whilst living in Denver. However until date this condo is the most quality on fittings and furniture. The large couch is a great idea so there is enough space for everyone to stretch out after a hard day of skiing/boarding. The bed in the spare bedroom was however a little uncomfortable and our friend who was over from australia ended up sleeping on the couch for the second night. Of course the amenities of The Springs are wonderful with the spa and swimming pool overlooking the night skiing. Would like to mention though that the steam room smelled very bad and could do with some eucalyptus, and the location of the steam dispenser is rather dangerously close to peoples legs and could create burns if not careful. The wide shower head in the master bathroom of the condo was great. And the kitchen was well fitted and well stocked with everything one needs.   Thank you for the nice review of Springs Lodge #8863. The homeowner has updated the property quite a bit in the last year and they will appreciate the positive feedback. We manage only the unit (and one other in the complex) and do not oversee the common facilities such as the steam room. We will, however mention your complaint to Keystone Property Management.
