Built in 1995, Black Bear Lodge is located in River Run Village with a short 50 yard walk to the Keystone Ski Resort gondola. This one level, 930 square foot two bedroom,1 3/4 bathroom Key To The Rockies condo is located on the second floor of the complex and, as a corner unit, has many windows providing tremendous views of the ski slopes and the Rocky Mountain range. Another great ski week in our favorite 2BR condo with Key to the Rockies. Been skiing one week a year in CO since 1984 - came to River Run condos in 1997 - our 8th year with Key to the Rockies - they are great! Responsive, friendly, offer great deals. We switched from a 1 to 2 BR in Black Bear a year ago, gave our son a bedroom (that he pays for)- after a full day of skiing we love happy hour on the deck, mountain view, electric grill, locker on first floor, next to stairs for quick access to parking, & more. Don't want to tell you all as you may want to rent it the same week we come. . .

What's not to love about this unit and Black Bear Lodge. Closest to the lifts, in the village, great hot tub, ski lockers, leather recliners and couch, extremely comfortable king bed in master bedroom and great bunk for 3 in other bedroom. Full kitchen was a bit cramped and wifi seemed slow and would not load some academic content needed for college student. Otherwise- we will be back in Feb 2012 ! Booking and office staff were totally helpful

We had a great time at this property right after the new year. The
condo is laid out very nice with the two bedrooms and two baths on
opposite side of condo. The best thing about this is we were very
close to gondola! Plus we liked the fact that we had underground
parking which kept out car nice and warm while loading and
unloading. We also were walking distance to resturants and shops so
there was no reason to leave the area.
I would go back in a heartbeat!
