The first unit they showed us was awful. All the windows faced a wall. Not the reason for heading to the mountains. Fortunately they had one more they could switch us to and it was very nice. Convenient to get to from the parking spot. First level. Nice view. But this would be a very different review had they not been able/willing to switch units. Bottom line: this worked out perfectly fine. The unit looked like it was well equipped for cooking--although we didn't use the kitchen. Furniture in nice shape. Unit was light because of the windows and the open view.

It was great to take advantage of Off-Ski season in a beautiful location adjacent to Lake Dillon and Breckenridge. The Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. They want to know when we can go back

The service was great. We were not in need of anything, the condo had it all, and we were on the first floor. This was wonderful since one of the party was on crutches. The location was central and was close to whatever we would have needed. We liked the comfortable feel of the condo because it was equipped with everything one would want for a vacation in the mountains. We definitely would return to this particular unit, wow!

My family and I recently stayed in B102 and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo itself is very wonderful and we kept saying that we had everything available. Although we are not skiiers, we enjoyed the location and could not imagine how wonderful the condo's location would be. The thought process of the heated floors, the amount of doors to provide privacy and all the extras was great. The only downfall was there was a lot of dog hair throughout the condo and unfortunately my son is very allergic to dog hair and we had to give him allergy medicine the entire weekend and give him lots of baths. I was under the impression that animals were not allowed and luckily my son was able to enjoy himself with medicine. At first glance the condo looks very well kept and clean, but I did realize that a good cleaning could be helpful. Overall, we would definetly stay again if we knew that there was no dog hair!

Very nice condo, great view out the family room door, plenty of space and very comfortable. Only one issue-hot water heater was not turned up high enough and it took a couple of days of our 6 day stay to get enough hot water for 4 of us. Once it was turned up, things were perfect.
