Located a few miles off of the I-70 highway this one bedroom, one bath property is within 20 miles of Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Keystone and Loveland Ski Area. We arrived at around 7 pm as there was a little snow storm on our way in. The office was still open and the woman that was there was very helpful and polite. The Building wasn't hard to find, they did provide very good instructions on how to get there. When we got to the building the hall was completely dark which made it difficult to determine which condo was ours at first then we found the light.
The condo was nice and quaint, perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities you would need to cook most meals. The water from the tap was atrocious! We had to go get bottled water, thank goodness for the grocery store near by! We didn't make it to the clubhouse club house but it wasn't far from the condo.
We really liked the location of the condo, we don't ski so it allowed us to go to any of the small towns near by and go exploring around. A quick hop out to Copper or even Vail, it was pretty good and the highway was right there.Response from Key to the Rockies - 03/15/2013

I am happy you were able take advantage of that. We're sorry the entry light wasn't on upon your arrival, I imagine it was quite dark! Come back and see us again, the summers are amazing and the Town of Dillon offers so much to do all summer long!!

For the value this condo was clean, spacious enough, equipped enough, convenient enough...but so close to I-70 that the noise of the trucks and traffic hardly abated during the night. Located anywhere else it would have been above average.
