The condo was very cozy but overall needed quite a few upgrades. Appliances were out of date, central heat as well, it was extremely cold during our stay there - especially in the master bath on the third floor. The internet/ router did not work with a Mac and we had to used to wireless in the next-door condo.

DenverCozy, comfortable, perfect layout for three couples.

Overall, it was very pleasant. The place was very nice and perfect layout for three couples. There were a few kinks...our keys did not work when we arrived late at night, the cable box did not work, and then the keys, once fixed, did not work to get into the pool and spa. Lastly, the heater was very loud so made it hard to get a good night sleep. Customer service was good. Pleasant and mostly helpful. Overall, the place was nice and we had a good time.

Townhome was nice. Typical mountain rental, kitchen supplies need some attention. There were no grills to be found and hot tub/pool was a hike for the kids. Great location relative to base area.

La Vista, NEThis was one of our BEST vacations ever!
Left on 04/19/2010 for a stay in March 2010
I loved the home. The layout was exactly what we needed - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There was a very well-supplied kitchen and cozy family room. We only have one complaint, and it is regarding the cleanliness of the bed linens and bathrooms. The master bedroom mattress pad was soiled (like a large urine stain). We discovered this when we were trying to straighten out the fitted sheet, which didn't fit the king sized bed properly. The master bathroom shower had a large amount of mildew in the grout - enough that we wore flip-flops in the shower. Finally, the master bathroom toilet had dried urine trails down the front and side of the bowl. (Next trip, I will bring my own linens and a bottle of bleach cleaner.)
Otherwise, this trip was fantastic. We will definitely stay again!Response from Key to the Rockies - 08/26/2010
Manager
Thank you for bringing the cleanliness of the home to our attention. This is certainty not up to the standards of Key To The Rockies. We pride ourselves on having not only comfortable, but also hygienic living conditions for all our guests. It has been brought to my attention that upon notification of the mattress pad we immediately brought a new pad and replaced the sheets. I apologize that the mattress pad, grout in the shower and toilet bowl got by our inspections. This is not typical of our services and I have personally brought it to the attention to the head of the housekeeping department so they can ensure that this doesn’t happen again. The homeowners have since removed all the grout and re-caulked and grouted the bath area.
I am confident that upon another visit to this property that you would find the accommodations to be exceedingly better. Please except my offer to stay another night in this property again for free. I will send you an email with details, but as always feel free to call me directly.
Again thank you for taking the time to review your stay as it only allows us to improve upon our services.
Sincerely,
Meredith Long

We stayed at Red Hawk Townhomes in Keystone and spent our time relaxing, skiing, tubing, and visiting with each other. It was very relaxing and convenient to the Gondola. The amenities in the condo were wonderful, kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were very comfortable. Thanks for everything!!

This townhouse is phenomenally located just off the gondola base. The residence was in impeccable condition with views of the surrounding mountains out every window. The beds were large enough to sprawl out after a long day atop the slopes and a soak in the adjacent hot tub. The guest hall pool table is also in prime condition even though I lost a little money wagering my (lack of) skill. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we would have booked it for the week. The hardest part of the stay was leaving!
