The Silvermill Lodge is located in River Run Village just a short walk to the gondola where guests can ski in the winter time and mountain bike in the summer. The Silvermill Lodge was built in 1996 and offers a wireless internet, heated parking, three onsite outdoor hot tubs, lobby with plenty of seating, pool table, fireplace and flat screen television and work out facility. We arrived in Keystone and found the office to check in. Check in was quick and efficient. The directions to the parking lot were easy and we found a space in the basement parking and went up to the room. The room was very nice. Well kept and clean. It was quite and warm and I also loved the fireplace. We were right in the River Run village and several restaurants were available and very close as well as coffee shops. The slopes were a very short walk away. The ski lockers downstairs were very convenient.
The condo was at the very end and had no other condos on one side which was nice but it was the furthest one from the elevator.
We very much enjoyed our stay and found all the workers their very friendly and helpful. -

I really liked the room. The gas fireplace did not work and one of the bathroom lights was out. I would have liked to drop off the keys at the lodge instead of having to go back to the office. Maybe you could put a drop box in the lobby and then someone could check them at 10:00 a.m. Overall though we all had a really good time and enjoyed the room and its close proximity to the slopes.

I will follow up with our housekeeping and maintenance staff in regards to the light bulb being out and the fireplace not working. These issues should have been found during our pre-arrival visits.

The condo itself was fine. We were a little disappointed that this rental
didn't have a balcony since we specifically requested one when we
booked our stay. That has no bearing on the location, cleanliness, or
overall impression of the condo itself. The only problems we had were
that we could not figure out how to turn on the fireplace and the TVs
were a little small (but we didn't spend that much time watching TV
anyway).
