This was everything we needed in a getaway. It is so hard to find something that comfortably accommodates a family of five when vacationing, but this was it. Stores within walking distance even with kids, rooms were clean, large, and beautiful. Wifi was fast. My one complaint is that the pool was being worked on. They gave us access to another pool but we had to drive to it, instead of the pool being just down a short path from us. We look forward to staying again but hope the pool is open next time.

The reason we initially picked this town home was we wanted to bring our family pet with us. We were coming up for our son's graduation from Colorado Mountain College we also needed a place that would hold additional family members. We enjoyed staying at this town home very much it was very accommodating. We did have 2 issues that caused some problems. One was the hardwood floor was very very slick (actually dangerous). I'm shocked we made it through our 3 day stay without someone falling. It was like walking on ice. I'm not sure if it was cleaned improperly or if that was normal for that floor. The other issue was it is very easy to get locked out using the sliding glass door. I would recommend some type of sign to warn people of that very strong\likely possibility. One our our family members got locked out with no phone\shoes\car keys... He walked to summit cove leasing office early on a Saturday afternoon and there was no one there. This caused some us major problems for the graduation ceremony. Read more
Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed staying with us. We will look into the reason for the floors being slick, and we thank you for bringing that to our attention. We also appreciate your input on the sliding glass door locking, and we will look into that as well. We hope to see you back in Keystone very soon for another visit!
Great place to stay!

We had a really great stay at tennis town homes. We felt like the condo was equipped for anything we would need, and it was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! The hot tub area was a little tricky to find but it was so great once we did! We will definitely look into staying here again next time!!

The townhome was more than expected! Everything was so nice and clean when we arrived with just enough space for our group of nine! It was so nice to have a beautiful kitchen to cook Christmas dinner in and to lounge in the living room in the super comfy leather chairs and sofas! The fmaily really enjoyed the hot tub, even though it was closed for cleaning the night we got there. It opened the next day. Thank goodness for three bathrooms too! Everyone had enough space and did not feel cramped at all. The coat closet was excellent for stashing wet boots and all of our puffy coats! We had a fabulous time! The only recommendation we have is to get a new mattress for the sleeper sofa. It was no comfortable, but we managed to fit everyone on other beds for sleeping. When we arrived, we had to wait until 4 p.m. on the dot to check in, which was a little frustrating since we arrived so early, but I assume this is the company's policy for cleaning purposes. Either way, what a great place! Read more
We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We will pass along your comments regarding the sleeper sofa. As noted in our confirmation, we do have a check in time of 4 pm, and this is due to our housekeeping schedule. We appreciate your understanding as we want to provide our guests with the best service possible! We hope to see you back in Keystone in the future!
A great family vacation!!

We loved the townhome as it was spacious and comfortable. It was well maintained and supplied with plenty of towels etc . The kitchen was very functional and clean which was important
as we cooked most of our own meals.
The location was excellent with frequent bus service
and it was with in easy walking distance of the lodge.
The windows could use a cleaning making it a five star destination.
We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

There were lots of activities close to the condo. We hiked, visited Keystone village, swam and enjoyed the hot tub. The condo was spacious and allowed plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the deck and grill. The children enjoyed the games and toys available in the condo. The off season is a nice time to visit- we felt like we had the whole complex to ourselves. Read more

The condo was nice. It was a bit far from summer activities in Breck, etc. But we knew that going in. Inconvenient to have to turn in your keys at the summit cove office. Why not just leave them on the counter in the condo? Read more
We are very glad that you enjoyed your vacation, and we hope that we'll see you in Keystone again! We do appreciate you turning in your keys at our office so that we can make sure we have you listed as checked out for our housekeeping team.

This townhome was perfect for our ski trip. There was more than enough room, plenty of storage area, and it was just wonderful to be able to have our pets with us. Just moments from the bus stop, we were on the slopes first thing in the morning without having to wake up extremely early. I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone traveling with many people. The Colorado experience at its best!

The Condo Was Perfect For Our Family
Left on 02/04/2011 for a stay in January 2011 | Ann
The condo was clean and welcoming. The supply of baby things was perfect for my grandchild, and the house was definitely "kid friendly".
Because everyone is usually tired from skiing, we do all of our own cooking, so the well-stocked kitchen was a plus too, and the large dining table afforded a gathering spot for family and friends.

What a fantastic home! We had a wonderful time and everything about the accomodations was perfect. The bedrooms were more than ample in size, and the living area was large enough to accomodate our big group without any problem. We loved the kitchen and it had everything we needed to cook all our meals in. The location could not have been better with being able to walk to the ice rink and an easy few steps to the shuttle stop. We will absolutely repeat our vacation in Keystone and hope to stay in this exact unit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very spacious & comfortable.
We liked the proximity to Keystone for skiing & access to the bus which you can also take.
It was a very quiet unit & had all of the amenities that we needed for a 4 night stay. The hot tub was amazing!
We would've loved to have stayed longer but unfortunately it wasn't possible.
Hoping we can visit again in the near future!

Nice Place - but way too much construction.
Left on 11/24/2009 for a stay in October 2009 | eric
The title sums it up. The property owner had warned me about the
construction - but it was more extensive than I thought. Workers were working
on our bldg in the mornings while people were still sleeping. We weren't given
any advice on where to park - since the parking spaces up top were taken up
by construction supplies. . . .
overall, we had a nice stay Read more
We apologize about the construction. The contractors were to be done prior to ski season. UPDATE: Construction was completed in full and the building is now better than ever before!
The only positive, is we were moved to another complex by Summit
Left on 10/15/2009 for a stay in September 2009 | conferenceattendee
First bad sign- the only road to the condo said 'construction traffic only'. Parking and walkways to stairs were blocked by 3-4' piles of lumber and other construction materials, with no lighting at night. The entire complex was under construction, and it didn't appear that any other units were rented. Construction noise, and debris including broken glass, trash, ladders, construction materials, etc littered the property. Inside the condo, the only window coverings were shades in two bedrooms, one only on some windows. It is a first floor unit and there were constantly construction workers (some on ladders) working on the building. Some of the window shades, pictures, light fixtures, etc, were found stuffed in closets. The fireplace was not functional, and could not be repaired, although a repair person did come and fix the dishwasher. Dishes in the cupboards were not clean. The downstairs shower was tiny- approximately 18" wide door. Dirty linens were piled on top of the washer. Pool/hot tub area was closed indefinitely. I had spoken to the owner by phone and e-mail and he never mentioned any possible construction issues. The only saving grace was that the next day, after several hours of phone calls, Peter at SummitCove located another condo for us for the remaining nights, and made arrangements for us to move to a much nicer condo and complex. We are sorry that this guest had this experience. The construction schedule has changed many times at Tennis Townhomes and we were under the impression that the particular building they chose would be complete at that time. We were able to relocate this guest and are glad they were pleased with the move.
UPDATE: Construction was completed in full and the building is now better than ever before!

This spacious well-equipped condo is ideally located to take advantage of each ski area in the Keystone/Breckenridge area including Vail and Beaver Creek. Chad, the owner was responsive to our needs as well as the folks at Summit Cove. Regardless of size of your group, you won't be disappointed.

This townhome is right on the bus route to the Keystone base areas and has plenty of room for a family or two. It's also dog friendly, with a seldom-traveled road in back and national forest property adjacent, making it really easy to run your dog around before and after a long day of skiing.
The home is dated and could use some work (the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced, the bathrooms are not great, some of the light switches don't seem to have an outlet or light associated with them) and the hot tub that belongs to the townhome's HOA is also dated. But, everything at the property works reasonably well and, because it is a little rough around the edges it is a comfortable place for a family with kids and a dog.
The townhome was clean, warm, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was very nice for a long weekend ski trip. It was pretty affordable even for our group of just 8. Everything in the condo worked well and beds were comfy. The hot tub was very relaxing even though it was kind of a long walk.

This is an older propery, but it has been redone--consequently, the price is right AND it has new furbishings. The bedding arrangement was perfect for our family--my 20+ year old sons are way too big for the bunk beds many properties offer, and this unit has a bedroom with two full-size beds. The living space was plenty large enough for 8 adults, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The three full baths and a washer and dryer were really appreciated. The shuttle was very close and convenient. We had some issues with the fireplace, and the rental company was very responsive. Our whole family would highly recommend this property!
