Naperville, IllinoisA nice luxury home for a large group!
Left on 05/24/2012 for a stay in February 2012
Everything about this home was as described. It accomodated our group very well. The upstairs living/dining room and kitchen were the favorite gather gathering spots, especially the kitchen. The home was well appointed and met our needs. Distance to RiverRun gondola was good but not to be underestimated - especially at the end of the day. Our only recommendation is to complete the lower level half bath with a shower - really needed for our group of 14.

Goodland, KSWhat a great house!
Left on 01/12/2012 for a stay in December 2011
There was never a problem with our reservation. I was permitted to see the home before our rental which was a
big help in locating which bedrooms we would use for
family members. The home was lovely and immaculate with a
great location. There was a shuttle stop near or about a
one minute car ride to the River Run parking lot. The view
at night of the lighted ski area was beautiful.
There really was not a negative thing about the house. If I
have to say something, it would be that the garage was hard
to get Suv's into. However, that was minor.Response from SummitCove.com - 01/13/2012

Oneonta, NYThis property was up to our expectations - perhaps even better!

I thought it was a little pricey, but I understand that the market will bear those prices for that particular week between Christmas and New Years. We would stay in this house again.

SeattleGreat house! Great experience! (Except for the rain)
Left on 09/09/2010 for a stay in July 2010
Summer vacation for the extended family. We had 10 adults and 5 small children and the house was perfect. The "play room" downstairs gave the kids a place to play that was not disturbing to the adults.
The house is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. It is within walking distance of Keystone Village, which we walked to almost every day. Also within walking distance of the gondola. Highly recommend this great spot! -

CaliforniaGreat home, OK management
Left on 07/20/2010 for a stay in June 2010
Although we had a great time staying at the house, there were several areas upon which the management could improve. The stereo system as well as the range fan were broken upon our arrival. When we called about the stereo the management brought a new one, however, the replacement did not work either. Furthermore, the house was advertised and pictured as having a Margarita machine. After buying a substantial amount of supplies for the sole purpose of using the machine, it was a major disappointment to find that there was no Margarita machine to be found at the house when we arrived.
For nearly $1,000 per night I would also expect more "necessities" to be stocked in the home including more trash bags, paper towels, toiletries and even salt/pepper. This was an issue as the house was only stocked with enough of the aforementioned supplies for the first day. It was a major inconvenience to go out and buy extra supplies for an only one night.
Other than the above issues we had a pleasant stay at Keystone Retreat 33. The home was beautiful (better looking in person than online), clean and very comfortable.

We are very sorry about the problems with the stereo. It has been replaced and is now working. Unfortunately, the owner took the margarita machine out of the property without informing us. We will no longer advertise that property as having a margarita machine. We certainly expect our housekeepers to supply and adequate amount of necessities in that property and are happy to deliver more if there is an inadequate supply.

House was very nice and nicely appointed. We had issues with the lack of instructions on how to use certain things in the house. (heater-hot tub- stereo that didnt work- fireplaces- amongst other things.)
The internet never worked the whole time we were there... Really bad for the kids. -

Key Colony Beach, FLGreat house, but had some issues
Left on 02/24/2010 for a stay in January 2010
No internet access as advertised - there was a home network, but it had no internet connected. The hot tub was GREEN the entire time we were there and could not use it. No wine opener - had to borrow the neighbor's the first night and then purchased our own. House really dry, two humidifiers provided, but not enough for such a large home. Home itself was a high end home and beautiful with a nice kitchen and main floor Master bedroom. Bedrooms could use more drawer storage. Great home for two families to share at the same time - lower area provided privacy with it's own family room and bedrooms. Close enough to gondola to walk, but it was a pain with ski boots on.

During this time period we were awaiting a replacement internet router, which has been installed, as well as a replacement part for the heater on this hot tub. Both of these issues are now resolved. We were happy to accommodate these guests with access to alternate internet as well as to provide access to another hot tub for these guests to enjoy.
We have since stocked those items which were missing or under supplied such as the wine key and the humidifiers. Thank you! -

Bowling Green, KentuckyCouldn't Ask For More
Left on 06/10/2009 for a stay in May 2009
Truly an outstanding getaway! We used this magnificent property for a college reunion. This spacious house slept 3 families with children as well as several singles. Friends from neighboring properties would join us in the exquisite kitchen for group meals and we all sat in front of the immense picture window and visited and laughed the hours and days away. Lots of room up and down for smaller groups to visit and for the kids to play. Later in the evening it seemed natural to wander downstairs to the bar, where we took advantage of the margarita machine and visited some more! We had only minor additional needs throughout the weekend, but when we did the management was gracious and responsive. We recommend without hesitation!
