Baltimore, MarylandGreat place for a family of 10
Left on 12/26/2012 for a stay in December 2012
We came to this unit with 4 adults and 6 children. We all fit very well. The unit is very close to the ski shuttle and the garage was perfect for storing ski equipment. The kitchen was very well equipped as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. While we were there we needed to get the toaster replaced and some maintenance in one of the bedrooms. The maintenance folks were there while we were skiing with no issues. Overall a great place for a large family ski trip!

Erie PAFantasitc condo for large family group
Left on 12/29/2011 for a stay in December 2011
We rented this unit for a large extended family vacation. We cooked breakfast and dinner for 18 everyday (we also had a smaller unit in the same complex) and we had everything we needed including a crock pot/large griddle. 1851 is 30 feet from the Keystone shuttle and the hot tubs. Also the skating rink at Keystone Lodge was a five minute walk from 1851. The beds/bedding a towels were good and the unit is very tastefully decorated. We liked having the garage for the stuff we did not put in a locker overnight. We had to call maintenance on a very small item (door handle on bathroom) and they came the same day. Please note - there were 16 beds/matresses, but there was no floor space to place the two additional mattresses from under the downstairs bunks. We ended up moving furniture in the living room for one mattress and another person chose the sofa. This unit comfortably sleeps 14. We used the upstairs bunkroom for 6 teenagers and they had a blast. We would rent this unit again with 14 people or less.

This was our second time to stay at this particular property. It appeals to us because we wanted to split our six grandchildren up into two bedrooms, and this property has two bedrooms with two sets of bunkbeds. It is in an awesome setting with a creek running behind the unit and the hot tub just across the street. The home is beautifully designed and is very functional. We were extremely pleased with this particular rental property. It is close to Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge.

Maple Grove, MNA great time was had by all!!

We stayed in the Seasons unit 1851 with 2 other families as well. In total we had 6 adults and 6 teenagers. It is a beautiful unit to stay in and was very quiet. What a great way to vacation with family and friends!! We would definitely stay again. Lots of advantages to this condo: hot tub right across the street; shuttle stop right outside the unit; beautiful views; very comfy furnishings, etc. etc. One thing I feel I need to point out is the discrepancy in the sleeping arrangements that we discovered when we arrived. The Vrbo website stated that the unit could sleep 16 people. When we arrived, we realized that it could only sleep 14, which still worked for us because we had 12 people. But I feel I need to point this out in case there is a group of 16 that sees this unit and wants to rent it...hopefully saving someone from a huge headache. It stated that the upstairs bunkroom had 6 singles and the main floor bunkroom had 6 singles. The upstairs bunkroom only had 2 bunkbeds (slept 4) and the main floor had 2 bunkbeds with 2 twin mattresses that were under the bottom bunks. However, that bedroom was definitely not big enough to pull both mattresses out at the same time, so we had to haul one of the twin mattresses to the upstairs bunkroom. Again, I just want to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. It is a beautiful condo. But if you are looking to sleep 16 in this unit, you will be disappointed. Vrbo needs to update the information on their website.

Great condo! Very nice accomodations, appliances, etc. A bit cramped in the kitchen/family room, but not a big deal.

Lafayette, COBeautiful Condo!
Left on 04/01/2010 for a stay in March 2010
Seasons 1851 is a beautifully decorated condo and we enjoyed our stay very much. Huge windows let in tons of light and being on the upper floors was nice. The kids (5 boys) loved the 2 separate bunk bed rooms and we liked the dining table! Living/TV area was a bit crowded to fit 9 people and some of us had to sit on the floor. As mentioned by some other folks, the walls do seem a bit thin. Having 4 bathrooms was terrific! And having the ski bus stop practically in front of the condo was awesome! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Left on 03/08/2010 for a stay in February 2010
We had a large group (12-mid twenty year olds!) so accomodations are always difficult! This condo was able to provide plenty of room! The location is great, and we felt like we were alone in the woods. I think I saw our neighbors once. While the hot tubs are communal, we never saw another soul in them.
The only downfall I have is that the Shuttles pick us up first, which means it can take a while to get to the lift...but on the flip side of this, WE WERE THE FIRST TO BE DROPPED OFF after a long day of skiing!
Ammenities were great, location beautiful. In short, stay here...if we don't have it booked again! -

The place is great and really nicely decorated. Plenty of beds and great location. The only thing is you have another condo located on the first floor below you. So, if you want to be up late and make any noise, find a different condo on the ground level. Luckily the condo below us was not occupied when we stayed there so it was great.

Texasski condo accommodates mixed group
Left on 12/12/2008 for a stay in December 2007
We had a group of friends ski trip planned - some married, some single...no children among the group of seven. These accommodations worked well for the various relationships among our group. The accommodations were close to the slopes and also to the nordic center for our cross-country skiers and snowshoers. Easy to find and good access to everything. When we arrived, the kitchen and baths were not as clean or as well stocked as we hoped, but the situation was quickly remedied by the vacation rental property management. We do believe the kitchen cooking utensils and cookware could be updated. We would rent again from the rental agency. This location was nice, but we look forward to renting a house nearby next time.

Madison, WIAmazing Vacation Home!
Left on 12/12/2008 for a stay in August 2007
I was searching by the name Summit because that is all I remembered from the name of a property I stayed at with our family when I was a teenager. I came across this large rental and we have a large family plus we were traveling with our friends family as well. This was a perfect fit! The condo was gorgeous, even more than I expected from the pictures if that is possible!! We stayed for five days. Our kids still talk about the condo and the wonderful time in the mountains!
I would absolutely love to go back and stay in this rental! It had awesome beds and the loft bedroom upstairs with a bathroom was great for our youngest children to goof and play in the mornings. There were plenty of bathrooms for all 11 people to get in and out and usually didn't have anyone waiting to get in.
Waking up with our windows open and smelling the mountain air, trees, plus the sound of the river was the best part of the vacation for many of us! I can't recommend this place enough! Just gorgeous, relaxing and well laid out! We barely put to use the tv's and it was nice to be close to the outlet mall and grocery store as we cooked almost every night. The decor was also very neat, ski themed and some lodging hints, I wanted to take a picture in every room! It was very obvious that the owner did not skimp on the decor at all! What a magical place, as I stir up memories of it I want to go back right now!!
