The apartment boasts excellent location, is very convenient to get to any place around Kharkov downtown, right downstairs there is a deli and cafe “Lido” and plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. This Kharkov flat has brand-new renovation in the European style and consists of a living room, a studio kitchen, a separate bedroom, a large bathroom and a hall.

This beautiful 1 bedroom flat is located in the best area – right on Constitution Square, in a guarded safe yard, well-lit access to the building. One minute away from the underground station “Sovetskaya”; to the right there is the main cathedral of Kharkov - “Pokrovskiy Monastery”, also the Historical Museum of Kharkov, art galleries and folk souvenirs and picture market. Also near there is the beginning of Sumskaya Street and Pushkinskaya Street, Rozy Luxemburg Square, the beginning of Moskovskiy Avenue. There is a guarded car park in the yard, the entrance door has lock code, and the apartment door is reinforced. The apartment rental is on the 4th floor of a 5-storey building.

This apartment is well kept and provides everything you could need, even decent broadband access. Constitution Square provides great bars, restaurants and shops. Buffet cafes are a 30 second stroll away, and there is a 24 hour Japanese place just round the back. It is possible to contact the apartment manager via email, Skype and phone so any issues are quickly resolved. Highly recommended if you're going Kharkov. Thanks for the great service!

I have stayed at several apartments in Kharkiv and this apartment is by far my favorite. The apartment is very clean and beautifully designed. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and a big closet.
The Kitchen has everything you need and has a nice view. The living room has a nice sofa with flat screen TV along with a good surround sound system. The bathroom is truly luxurious with a beautiful Jacuzzi type bath and full stand up shower and also has the surround sound piped into it. The location is perfect! Two metro stations in sight of the building. Mini bus and taxi stations in front of building. Billa shopping center only 10 minutes walk where you can buy all the food and drink you will need for the apartment. Several good cafe's only 10 minutes walk. Two Ukrainian fast food places Lido cafe and Puzahta Hata within sight that serve buffet style good food. Only negative of apartment is that you have to walk up a few flights of stairs because there is no lift but this is common in Ukraine.
