The apartment was designed based on high European standards because we don’t like the design of flats which is used in Ukraine.

Most of apartments in Ukraine have sheltered balconies but we decided not to do that. This allows natural daylight enter each room in the apartment. It also be...came an excellent place to relax with a cup of tea in the evening and cup of coffee in the morning.

The apartment is ideal for longer stays for couples and families because there is a beautiful park and botanical garden near the house where you can relax away from the busy city of Kharkov.

The apartment is not suitable for those who like hi tech.

  This summer I went on holiday with my friends. We found "O'Brien's apartment` on Internet and decided to stay there for few weeks when we were in Ukraine.
  The location is brilliant, taxi will bring you to city centre in 5-10 minutes and underground `Metro` is just 2 minutes walk!
  The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped; the beds are comfy and soft, hot water any time of day or night so you can have a showed or bath anytime. Air conditioners in every room can keep any temperature you wish in whole apartment and modern plastic windows do not let noise from nearby road get in.
  The area is safe - there is a security guard on the first floor that looks after the place and you can only enter the apartment block by using special plastic card. You can also go for a walk a really nice park nearby.
  My friends and I enjoyed our time in Kharkov very much and we will definitely come back again, thanks to O'Brien's apartment!

  Our stay was equal to a 5 star hotel all the way. Spotless, Spacey, fresh, all it advertises would go again and would be hard to find its equal in Ukraine. I have stayed several time in Kharkov before and was very disappointed in most apartments, (most with dirty hallways and outside with a Muddy mess) But our stay this time was delightful. Also only 2 minutes to underground and only one stop to Centre of City.
