Villa Malier is in a beautifully tranquil location at Namuang, and is surrounded by lush gardens and a waterfall feature with a tropical pond that attracts the local wildlife. This five-bedroom villa is reached by a private drive flanked with coconut trees and banana plants and its impressive architecture and slate walled gardens give the property plenty of ‘wow’ factor.
Villa Malier is a two storey, luxury villa with mountain views and an ornamental waterfall with ponds. The ground floor comprises two self-contained units each with its own bedroom, lounge, kitchen area and bathrooms. Here you will also find ample off road parking and the maids quarters as well as beautifully maintained gardens that are ideal for children to play in. The second floor, that is reached by steps flanked with attractive water features, comprises a large infinity pool with a sun terrace and dining area, three attractive bedrooms, a large, well appointed kitchen with a large breakfast bar and a serving hatch to the rear outdoor eating area that has a beautiful view of the waterfall and a comfortable lounge area.

Kitchen Description: The large modern kitchen is very well appointed and has top quality appliances. The oven and microwave are built in and there is a five ring gas hob. Here you will find a rice cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, large free standing fridge and all of the utensils you need for home entertaining. To the rear of the kitchen is a guest bathroom.

Living Room Description: The living room has hard wooden floors and an attractive hard wood built- in cabinet housing a flat panel TV. The room has comfortable, well chosen furnishings and from here two large sliding doors give you access to the pool and pool terrace where you can find sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. To the rear of the lounge there is a further door that gives you access to the rear covered outdoor dining areas with views of the waterfall and mountains beyond. The elevation of the first floor provides a light and comfortable breeze.

Dining Room Description: The dining area in front of the pool can seat up to eight guests. This area is covered and has two fans suspended from the hardwood ceiling. The exterior wall of the villa, next to the dining area, has a large and attractive stone wall carving. The dining area to the rear of the lounge can seat up to four guests and has a useful hatch that leads from the kitchen. This area also has a BBQ and beautiful views.

Bedrooms Description: Three bedrooms can be found on the first floor, two of which are located either side of the pool with sliding doors that give access to the pool and the sun terrace. The third bedroom is accessed from the lounge. All three rooms have built in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom two also has a separate dressing area. The ground floor apartments have comfortably furnished bedrooms with separate dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms. A further room can be found on the second floor that can be utilized as an extra children’s sleeping area if required.
