This condo is located within in a secure neighborhood which is only 5 minutes to the Sanctuary Hotel, the East Beach Conference Center for food and the beach. There are two entrances to the beach. One beach access is directly behind the condo and the second is between the Turtle Point condos and the Sanctuary Hotel which is wheel chair and bike accessible. Ample car and bike parking in the front of the condo. Either bring or rent a bike as you will want to explore the trails and the beach.

As we complete our first week in your Kiawah home, we just wanted to express how perfect it is for our family. Upon arrival we found it to be extremely clean (very important to us) and lovely. So very convenient & comfortable. So close to the beach yet private & quiet. We have already had our grandbaby boy with us, overnight, and plan to see him much more in the coming weeks!
We are creating memories with our children that are priceless. We feel very fortunate and at home here.

Great Place for a Great price

My husband and I wanted to spend a week away from the cold and snow of Wisconsin and found the perfect place at this condo. Plenty of room for the two of us/close to the beach/near Charleston so we went in several times to enjoy the city sights and history. The owner was great to work with and gave us a wonderful reduced price from what was found on the website. Although the weather did not allow us to swim in the ocean we enjoyed our walks on the beach and the surrounding area. The condo itself was clean with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We will definately come again.

Owner, rental agents and staff were all wonderful!! This was our first time on the island (came in for a wedding) and had a great time! Received a call to make sure the unit was okay when we got in. There was a small issue with a bad receptacle and the repair was made same day!
The location is right on the golf course and easy, beautiful walk to the beach. We were the envy others who stayed on the island, but did not the same comforts.
I would, and have, recommend staying here to anyone looking for nice, clean accommodations with a wonderful location at a great price. -

My wife and I have stayed in this villa twice and recommend it highly. Linda, the owner, and Pam Harrington, the property manager, are great to work with. The villa itself is in a good location, being a short walk to the beach and near other places we wanted to go. The condo is spacious and well furnished. You can find fancier places on Kiawah, but if you want a great place in a good location at a good value, it is hard to beat this one.

Our family of five (three teenage girls) stayed here for a week in april 2012
Kiawah is gorgeous. This condominium is well located and well furnished. Most important for the kids is that has Wireless internet, three TVs with cable, and two full baths.
The location was ideal and near to the beach and The Sanctuary. I really enjoyed the views of the 17th hole of the Turtle Point golf course. I spent quite a while looking at the golfers going by. And you are only 5 minutes from the Beach. As you walk to the beach, you can see dozens of birds, all sorts of fish, turtles and alligators in the ponds around the golf course.
The kitchen has all the implements that you would need. The fridge seems brand new. The cleaning crew had done a good job. There were a number of bonuses. 1. The owner thoughtfully has lots of little conveniences. In addition to having about 30 different games, and beach toys, there were trash bags, and dishwashing soap, and paper towels. It was like being at home. 2. the rental agent went out of her way to help us out and checked in on us to make sure all was well. We appreciated the hospitality and care.
In terms of cons, there are very few and I am adding them to be balanced. Some of the appliances are aging (the dishwasher), and there are signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms, and the condominium building (like the elevator). None of these items detracted at all from the visit.
Some tips to make the trip more enjoyable: Rent a bike or bikes (they can be delivered to the racks in front of the building) and use them to go around the island. Rent sand chairs and umbrellas on the beach. It’s a treat to show up and walk directly to your chairs (a note card with your name) and well anchored umbrella every day and not having to schlep that stuff back and forth. Also, you can go to the beach quicker, and view the alligators if you cut across the 17th fairway.

My daughters and me spent 1 week here,I wish we could stay for a month,we love it.
We had everything that we needed,very clean,calm,5 minutes walk to that beatiful beach...that is all we expected...
We are coming back soon for sure,even in winter.

The condo was well furnished and quite roomy. Wireless internet was included along with several TVs. The location was ideal and near to the beach and The Sanctuary.
Condo could use some minor maintenance but this did not affect our stay. The owner furnished recommendations for dining and shopping and was easily accessed by e-mail or telephone.
We would definitely stay at this condo again as we had a very good experience during our stay in October-November 2010.
