Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath free-standing cottage on Kiawah Island is a short walk to Kiawah's gorgeous beach, spacious private community swimming pool and dock (great for kayaking, fishing, sunsets...) Renovated and features new furniture, hardwood floors, Wi-Fi internet access, 50" TV with lcd tvs in each bedroom. King, Queen and 2 Twin beds. Deck off master. Greenevillea beautiful family vacation spot in a natural setting

We stayed at this cottage in June 2011 and found it to be very comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The home was very beaufilly decorated,had plenty of space, and the kitchen, though a bit dated, had everything we needed to prepare meals around the clock. The owner was very friendly and helpful and was a great resource for me as a first time visitor to the island. The subdivision was quaint and low-key, and our cottage was a short 3- minute ride to the beach. The whole area was like a nature preserve--very beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard, watched the tide come in and go out, and enjoyed the glorious summer sunsets. Surprisely, one of the best parts was being able to jump on our bikes and head down to the beach or pool at our leisure! It was such a great retreat! We would definately recommend this property and would love to visit it again.

Thank you so much much for the compliments about our cottage. You will be happy to know that the kitchen will be renovated in Feb 2012, complete with new cabinets, hardwood floors, open floor plan, granite counters, new fixtures... It certainly will no longer be "somewhat dated"! We look forward to sharing the cottage with your family again soon.

The cottage at 55 Sunlet Bend on Kiawah Island was like my family's home away from home! The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay from a fully stocked kitchen to washer & dryer to flat screen televisions to bicycles and even a gas grill. The cottage was very clean and stocked with lots of information about the island's shops & restaurants and even nearby Charleston, SC. The cottage is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach...perfect for traveling with children.
The owner was extremely easy to work with and made our trip planning a breeze. There was a ton of communication between us & she answered all of the questions I had about the cottage and the island.
I will not stay at another cottage in Kiaway...55 Sunlet Bend was absolutely amazing! -

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Inlet Cove. The house was great, the amenities were great, and Mrs. Huck was wonderful to work with. I would certainly do this again on Kiawah Island.
