Our home was new in 2001 and built specifcally for the perfect vacation. Features inlcude an open floor plan with a two-story great room, hardwood floors throughout the living area, carpeted bedrooms and tiled bathrooms. The kitchen is fully supplied and bed and bath linens are provided. The house is bright and airy with ceiling fans throughout, including the front and rear porches. Enjoy you morning coffee on one of the front porch rocking chairs. Kiawah Island is barrier island located just 20 miles south of historical Charleston, SC. It has over 10 miles of beach on the ocean, beautiful marsh vistas and tropical forests. Our home is only a 7 minute bike ride or 13 minute walk to the beach on one of Kiawah's paved leisure trails.

This was our first trip to Kiawah & it will not be our last!! This home was perfect for our families' vacation. It is beautifully comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and patio everyday. The kitchen was well stocked to allow for great meal preparation using local ingredients. Plenty of space for adults and children.
Can't wait to return!
