This beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac behind the second gate in the Vanderhorst Plantation.The community pool is 50 yards from the front porch and the wondeful beach is just a short stroll away. The home boast a large front porch and with two swings and several rocking chairs and a screened in back porch that overlooks the 14th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course. Kiawah is a beautiful barrier island located 21 miles south of historic Charleston. Kiawah is gate protected and includes 5 golf courses including the famed Ocean Course, host to the Ryder Cup, Senior PGA,and the 2012 PGA. The island boasts 21 miles of beach and miles and miles of biking and walking trails. Dining from 5 star to causal is available ,as well as a local low country chef for those special occasions. Charter fishing is available at nearby Seabrook and Charleston offers wonderful day trips.
18 Ocean Green is located on the Turtle Point Golf Course and within 50 yards of the community swimming pool and a short walk to the ocean beach.
The front porch is gates so it offers a safe play areas for children.
