This large detached cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the town of Kidwelly near Llanelli and can sleep ten people in its five bedrooms. Awelfoe is an impressive detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in the coastal town of Kidwelly in south Wales. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We had a lovely stay over New Year 2011 (29th Dec - 5th Jan), shame it was the first cottage we have stayed at without a Christmas tree.
The games room was great, used everyday & loved by everyone. Although it is a nice big house in a good location for touring & plently of good beach walks for our dog we were disappointed with several aspects of the property.
Rusty bathroom fitting,rusty bread bin, rusty towel rail & fill fitting door locks. No bathmats supplied, very small oven & fridge for a cottage that sleeps 10 people. Both en suite showers need repairing, although the shower did have a lovely fast flow on it. The Master bedroom had a great walk in waredrobe but for the size of the room the bed could be bigger for extra comfort, only a small double. Also one of the beds in the upstairs twin is extremly small, even our 9 year old commented on it & one bed was execptionally low to the floor, no good for the older members of the family. Could you please change the rusty baking trays & the oven gloves with holes in.

The house is absolutely lovely and has every home comfort, and more, you could hope for.
Unfortunately there was not much in the village, two pubs were closed, but that may have just been the time of year. However, we found plenty of places to eat out in the day so it was not a problem.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family. -

Really spacious home with great facilities, especially the 2 living rooms and pool table. The house is very clean and comfortable and received friendly service from the owners. Would definitely stay here again

We were given an excellent, warm welcome and shown all the facilities and how everything worked. We liked the spaciousness of the house and we felt relaxed straight away. Being near the railway station was great for visits to Swansea and Cardiff and we thoroughly enjoyed our night at the nearby races at Ffos Las.
