The location of the apartment is ideal for the use of the Metro. It’s nearness to Independence Square was desirable, with many banks and aTM’s being available.
The apartment was very clean. Also the availably of a computer was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay very much.
A toster would be nice. -

We were met at Borispol by an alse driver and everything went to plan. The flat would benefit from modernising but that's part of its charm. It's a fantastic location and Kiev is a great city. We visited for Euro 2012 but i would like to visit again when the city is quieter. The agents were helpful and all communication re. the rental was clear and friendly.

Fully equipped apartment at a great location

First of all, great location. 1min by walk to the Square, 1min by walk to Kozatskiy Hotel of which the entrance is the meeting point of our Chernobyl tour. St. Sophia and St. Michael Cathedral, Golden Gate, House of Chimeras, etc. all at walking distance from 10-15mins. With a cafe downstairs for breakfast, perfect.
In terms of facilities, enough for what I need: desktop computer with internet access, wi-fi, TV with many channels (though a bit complicated for me to use), hairdryer, washing machine, etc. We stayed there for 3 nights, would be great if they could provide more toilet papers though.
The owner is nice. He let us check in earlier (10am instead of 1pm) because the previous guest left early. He explained everything clearly.
I'd like to stay there again if I'll visit Kiev again.
