I stayed in this apartment in a recent visit I made to Kiev. I shared it with a friend, and there was more than enough room for both us to feel very comfortable.
The location of this apartment is, in my opinion, perfect. It is stone's throw away from Independent Square and the main thoroughfare of Kiev, kreschatik. Yet, at the same time, the apartment is located in such a way that it is not at all noisy during the evening. There is a lovely park up the block in which one can enjoy an early morning coffee or stroll, and the neighborhood in general was very nice, which is novel given it's close proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city center.
I've stayed in Ukraine several times, and I always stay in apartments rather than hotels. I can honstly say that this apartment was one of the best I've had. Highly recommended! -

My wife, myself and 2 of our daughters stayed at the 20 Malaya Zhitomirskaya aprtment for 5 days and I honestly can not say enough good things about this wonderful team. We were met at the airport by Yuri, driver with suprisingly modern vehicle, taken to the apartment promptly which was actually better in real life than what we expected. It consists of a large living room and two equally big bedrooms. There is also a Jacuzzi and small kitchen, but big enough for 4 people to dine in. There is a nice balcony that overlooks the street as well. The apartment is in good shape, but not excellent. However, whatever little cosmetic renovations it needs, gets offset by great service these people provided us with including being very patient with us explaining to us how to use the metro to get to Lavra along with other questions. By the way, the apartment is located 1.5 blocks to the main square. My wife is Ukrainian and was also plesantly suprised with how smooth everything went. Would stay again and recommend to everyone going to Kiev.

Eugene had arranged the airport pickup for me and the driver was waiting when i got through the custom's control. Eugene, Arik and other guys at Kievapartments answered all my questions before i booked it and also throughout my stay, unlike other agencies that forget about you after you pay. the apartment location was just awesome and it was exactly as i saw it in the pictures online - no bait and switch. i would definitely recommend these guys for your next trip to Kiev.

If you stay i hope that working class Yuri the solve it guy... is working cause he is the only human side to the operation...stay there but remember alex the manager is just a phone call from putting you on the street...the feeling is that alex is owed and you should pay...as thought he feels that he is doing you a personal favor and that you are rich and should repay this in shovel loads...Alex nonchalantly suggests that you should tip Yuri which I did but wished i hadn't...not that Yuri was not helpful and that i tip when it it appropriate but that alex's western ideal suggestion grated in the eastern bloc location... and automatically should tip him and everyone else associated...Position fine at the to of the hill near Sofia Cathedral...but 2nd flight of stairs and alex condescending attitude put a damper on the enjoyment of otherwise a dirty but substantial room and cupboard like kitchen...
Overall dirty and unhelpful...but Yuri is a saving grace if not pushed too hard...I would hate to have a real problem... -

This apartment is in the perfect location downtown by the square. It is large, has fast internet and is right acraoss the street from the market. It was great!

To say I was satisfied with the apartment, location and the services provided would have been an underestimation!
I was met by a plesant man, Eugene at the appointed time. He was more than helpful and responsive to us as we also required some specific information during our stay in Kiev.
Apartment itself was very cosy and which is more important in a great location near Independence Square (1-2 minutes walk).
There were a few minor aspects which needed owner's urgent attention but they were fixed within 20 minutes (2 bulbs went out right after I switched on the lights :-) )
We enjoyed our stay in Kiev despite the fact we could not finish everything we had planned during this visit but I am sure we will do it next time. And we have already agreed with Eugene we'd come back and rent this specific apartment after our advance notice of course.
