The condo was not exactly clean nor were the furnishings . After arriving at this bello reality condo we noticed several things wrong with the unit. One big thing being the oven door came all the off in my hand! Couches were filthy carpets stanes everywhere . Needless to say I won't be staying there again . I tried calling the owner but never heard back . When I did contact them after our stay Jason Bello hung the phone up on me for being upset with the state of the condo and would not take any ownership for it . We will never again book through this company.

This place was great! It's quiet and right by the pool. It has everything you might need for cooking and just hanging out. The property management was great and everything ran smoothly. We were able to get in the property with no complications. The only thing that may have been n issue was that there wasn't a WiFi pass code around in the condo. We called the manager in site but they didn't have the code. It wasn't a problem though and better that we couldn't connect to home life! This place is a great deal! I definitely recommend staying here!

Furniture was well aged, and overall decor and finishings were basic and worn. Kitchen was very average and equipped with just the basics. Lanai nice size but overlooks pool which means not so private. This part of kihei means driving all the time. Price was right and we felt very good value for what we paid.

Pros:
+ We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were mainly doing outdoor activities and did not were not prepared for the quality of this charming little apartment.
+ The furnishing was basic and kind of worn, but we especially loved that there was a in-unit washer and dryer. This unit is pool side with outdoor grilling set. There's basic cable, a land phone, and wireless internet access.
+ Oh, did I forget to mention that the building is shoreside across from a really cute beach? Mostly the beach is for canoeing in the morning and there are many more famous beaches to the south of Kihei, so it was like having a private beach. We took a walk on the beach at night and it was all ours. Very neat!
Cons:
- The area is mostly quiet. Road noise is not an issue, but the tricky thing about this unit is that the bedroom is right next to the parking lot. Noise was an issue when we tried to sleep in. Most morning we got up so it didn't become a big issue.
- Checking in was kind of tricky because we didn't get the lock box combination after completing the reservation. We had to call the after hours number to get it. -

The complex itself is excellent. The hot tub and pool are some of the nicest we have seen. Unit B203 is comfortable but dated. Love the location at the edge of Kihei

The place was comfortable and very convenient to shopping and nearby attractions. A swimming pool was just outside my unit and the ocean just across the street. I did not use a car, instead I took advantage of the excellent public transit around many parts of the island. A $2 pass was good for the day and took me to many different locations, even to the airport upon my departure.
The unit was clean and comfortable, furnishings were older and somewhat worn, but functional. Laundry facilities were included. A good value in the high season on Maui. -

Great rental for what we were looking for. The only drawback was the loss of the table in the dining room so you had to eat at the bar, on the lanai or the coffee table in the living room. The garbage disposal was broken and leaking when we arrived, but it was replaced in a timely manner. We left the boogie boards we purchased in the closet for future guests to enjoy. We will hopefully be back soon. It's a great central location if you want to explore the west coast of Maui.
One bit of maintenance: The bathroom shower door leaks pretty badly when showering and it's probably damaging the tile and subfloor near the tub/toilet. When we stayed in b203 in 2005, a single floor tile was cracked. This year there were multiple tiles cracked and some obvious give in the floor where rot may be taking place. it is noticeable out to in front of the toilet. -

Our stay at in #B203 at the Kihei Bay Vista was marvelous. We loved the
complex. We loved Maui. The pool and hot tub were spotlessly clean. The
grounds were beautifully maintained. It was safe and secure. It was located
across the street from the whale center and we spent several pleasant
evenings watching the sun set while sitting on the deck of the whale center,
overlooking the water. The apartment itself was a spacious one bedroom
unit with a large lanai, which we used daily. There was a large living room,
connected to the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The bathroom had a separate
room for the toilet and bathtub/shower, which meant that someone else
could use the bathroom sink and counter at the same time if they wanted
to. The bedroom was spacious and there was a huge walk-in closet. We
used it to hang up damp items to dry. There was an air conditioner, but we
never had to use it because we could open up the windows at both ends of
the unit and let the wind cool things down.
The only things I would point out are that the condo needs a little bit of
upkeep. The blinds in the living room kept jamming. The walls could use
some fresh paint. The fridge was rusty, though that didn't affect usability.
The track that holds the glass shower door is gunky and needs a thorough
cleaning. Access to wireless internet would have been nice, too.
But, don't let those comments keep you from enjoying this place. It was
very comfortable and priced right. We had a wonderful, wonderful time in
Maui. -

Convenient, easy access with lockbox entry. Property was clean and adequate, kitchen was reasonably equipped, but there some problems with the bathroom plumbing. I enjoyed the convenient access to points of interest in all directions.

We were not able to stay at our resort that we had
booked because of technicalities. We had to find a
place to stay in a hurry and we happened upon Kihei
Bay Vista. We found it to be a very decent price. It
was a great location for us and it was very
comfortable and clean. It turned out to be a haven
of rest for the remainder of our week. We had a
great time and would love to do it again if possible. -

Everything a delight.
Bello Realty was wonderful to work with - timely in their communications, clear, easy to work with.
The condo was fabulous. We wanted to do different things all throughout Maui, and found that the condo's location was perfect - easy to get to, easy to get everywhere else.
Nice pool, loved grilling outdoors.
The condo was squeaky clean and more spacious than we expected. With a well equipped kitchen, we enjoyed homecooked meals. We loved having the washer and dryer, because we were able to pack less and easily toss in laundry loads before and after our day.
We were three divers with a LOT of gear. The porch provided plenty of room for our gear to dry out and store and an easy way to keep everything organized.
We enjoyed all the comforts of home on a beautiful island.

Very convenient (across the road from a great beach), clean, relatively quiet, nice pool. We went with our (then) 2 year old and found it very kid-friendly.
