Almost everything at the Maui Vista is wonderful, great location, the condo we rented, #3315 needs better cleaning and updating, mostly furniture, especially the bed, other than that our stay was wonderful as always. We would absolutely recommend the Maui Vista for anyone's stay and with updating the condo as well.

For the price it was tolerable. Filthy, spotted carpet, minimal dishes, one reckon frying pan had peeling of teflon into your food, poor performing dishwasher, sugar ants... Decent location though.

Overall it was a good value for the money. The kitchen had been updated and was very nice.The dishes and cookware were all in good shape. We were so happy that there was a washer and dryer in the unit! That was great!!
The bed was not too comfortable kinda hard but doable.
I feel the carpet could be replaced. Maybe tile would be a wiser choice.
Nice to have in room internet access.
The toilet became clogged and the rental company sent someone over with a few hours. Good service.

Service from Bello realty was perfect. The location of Maui Vista is very good and we love the setting in beatiful garden. We also enjoyed tennis court, although there was problem with Maui Vista stav, they open court later as they suposed to. Management of Maui Vista was very unfrendly.
The apartment it self is very good equiped with all what we needed. We like this condo and plan to rent it from Bello Realty next year. -

We stayed at Maui Vista while looking to purchase a home or condo on Maui. Always liked Maui Vista since we once owned a condo there. It's easy access to the beach and walking distance to many stores.
Would have liked a garbage disposal; but we managed without one.
Would recommend this condo to others. -

Our stay at Maui Vista #3315 was really great. Bello Realty could not have treated us any better. The location was excellent. One of the quietest units that we have experienced in Hawaii.Maui Vista is convienent to all of Kihei. You could get away without a car, as there is a supermarket and great beaches within walking distance and bus service available. All in all we had a great time. Mahalo to Bello Realty for being straight shooters.
