Go right and take your surfing lessons or get your groceries. Enjoy Kihei's local vibe versus crowded touristy areas. Wailea is just 10 minutes away. We recently stayed at the condo and everything was great! It was nice and clean and stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. The ocean views from the lanai were fabulous.The central location of this condo in Kihei made it easy walking distance to numerous local amenities, bars, dining and shops. It was great having close access to the beach. The grounds were kept clean and well groomed. Everything was as advertised, so there weren't any surprises. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This place is awesome. Everything is in walking distance. Condo is very clean and beautifully decorated, very modern. Kitchen is well stock. The view from the balcony is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Our family will be coming back for years to come.

Spent a wonderful week here. Perfect for couples or families with kids. Loft area great for kids with its own bathroom and TV/VCR. Kitchen well-appointed and complex has great gas BBQ grill area. Beautiful decor throughout. Lovely ocean views from lanai. High-ceilings give roomy and relaxed feel. Convenient for sight-seeing all around Kihei, Wailea, Makena, and reasonable drive to Lahaina, Wailuku, Kaanapali areas. Easy parking and many resources nearby (food, grocery, gas, entertainment). Perfect condo for this area.

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) spent a week at Maui Vista 1415 and had a tremendous vacation. The upstairs loft with separate bath was perfect for the kids. Loved our view and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine most evenings. Of all the many beaches we visited during our stay, we preferred the one that was only steps away. Pools are on the small side but just right for cooling off when sitting in the sun. Made great use of the tennis courts and on site BBQ. Kitchen was fully equipped so wanted for nothing during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. Got to see a lot of Maui. Visited with our daughter who teaches there. Condo has a wonderful view and interesting decor. Loved the bookcase with books in it. Nice touch. We read some and left some of ours behind for others to read! With the ocean just across the street, we didn't really use the pool much but the bar-b-q was an amenity that was greatly appreciated. Like the guest comment books too. Gave us some hints about where to eat and go. Liked least was the small upstairs shower.

This is the only place I stay when I travel to Maui. Not only centrally located but perfectly appointed and discriminately decorated. You get lost in peace when looking at views of the ocean and sunsets from the lanai. No need to speak of the quality or cleanliness of the accommodations, it's meticulous. Alan from Palm Springs, CA

We stayed in the condo last June for the week before our wedding. We had a
great time! A central location, walking distance to restaurants and bars and
beaches, and convenient parking were just a few of the perks! The condo has
a great Hawaiian feel to it and we felt right at home. The view of the ocean
was awesome as was the people watching on the "main drag". -

We stayed and had a wonderful time. The view and location are great.
We have stayed in a few condos on Maui, but this was our favorite. The layout, decor and amenities were the best of anywhere we have been. We especially liked having a washer and dryer in the room so we could have clean fresh clothes without having to go out to a public laundry room.
Safeway is close by, which is good because we stopped there almost daily for lunch. Nearby beaches and parks are great also.
Sitting on the lanai (deck) and watching the ocean while I drank my morning coffee was a highlight of each day.
Not to be forgetten were the excellet condo staff who made sure we were well taken care of.
We stayed here with 5 adults, and 1 infant and there was plenty of room.

Nice condo -- comfortable, neat and well maintained. Nothing fancy but nothing fancy was expected or needed. good location in Kihei with easy access to beaches and nice strolls to eateries. We'd rent again.
