We travel quite a bit and just within 2009, we've taken holidays in Hong Kong, Beijing, Maui and Puerto Vallarta. And our stay in Kihei was by far our best. The wonderful not-too-hot weather, the super friendly people and our beautiful condo at 405 Nani Kai Hale made this trip extra wonderful. The condo was clean, beautiful and has everything we wanted. Located on a private beach and away from the crowd..... it was mesmerizing. Can hardly wait to come back! Thanks for everything!

The suite I stayed in was clean, modern,uncluttered, and had everything I could need in a condo. The view was exceptional. It was close to everything. I liked the air conditioning units. I had never seen these type of units; they were on the wall, high up towards the ceiling. I don't like it cold and the units worked perfectly for me. Bathrooms were large; great shower area and large tub. Wonderful Unit...Loved it.

We were in Maui to renew our marriage vows of 1982. Our stay was a very plesant one. The complex itself is quiet, well run and well appointed (lawn chairs, laundry, BBQs, luggage cart, grocery cart, etc. The suite was very clean and well appointed for the needs of two people. Our stay overlapped with the owners' annual meeting. Everyone (owners and guests alike) were very friendly and welcoming. The complex is lucky to have Ryan on site. He is a good PR rep for the complex. A couple of issues arose. 1) water drilling taking place in the lot next door immediately outside our suite (no advance warning from complex or drilling company). 2) We were next door to the laundry (no door on laundry room) with some individuals insisting on doing laundry at 05:30 in the morning (time restrictions?) 3)There seems to be an issue over parking in the complex. Our suite came with access to a non-designated parking space. It became clear that some owners were perhaps less than pleased if you parked in an unrestricted parking space that they felt they had informal rights to. Would we stay at Nani Kai Hale.....yes, provided we were once again in a suite away from the significant highway noise.

We love Kihei and the Nani Kai Hale unit #405. this was our second time to stay there. The unit faces west for awesome sunsets on the lanai...very romantic! There is also a reef structure within view that eagle rays and turtles romp just phenominal!!! The beach walking is the best and the farmers market just around the corner keeps us in fresh fruit and veggies. The unit is perfect! both a tub for soaking and a beautiful walk in shower. We really appreaciated the thoughtfullness of the renovations (quality!). Their Cooler comes in handy for road to Hana.
