We just returned from a 10 day stay at Nani Kai Hale unit 609. This condo suited our needs perfectly - beautiful views, full kitchen, clean accomodations away from the crowds but close enough to be convienent to everything. The beach was calm and safe for swimming even on the windiest days, we could walk for miles along the beach in either direction, lounge by the pool, or take a short drive to numerous amazing snorkel locations. The property management company was easy to work with and all ammenities were as described and expected. Thank you for a fantastic relaxing vacation!

This was our second stay in #609 and it was everything we remembered it to be. It is the top floor condo with no one on either side of your lanai which makes it very private. The view is spectacular, the grounds are manicured and everything is well maintained. The condo is decorated beautifully with traditional Hawaiian decor and the kitchen is fully stocked. Everything you need is right there and if you had a concern just call the very helpful adrienne at Bello Realty. Kihei has 3 miles of beautiful beach to stroll on and search for ocean treasures. We can't wait to get back to "The Pretty Seaside House" again.

We travelled to Maui in June. We booked through Bello Realty and received very attentive service. It was an easy ride from the airport to the condo and there was plenty of tourist information available when we arrived.
The condo was very spacious for 2 people and had every convenience including a large bedroom with a king bed, 2 full baths, and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. The views were fantastic with front and side windows and the sound of the surf on the sand was awesome. This unit is the top unit and right on the beach.
The location is away from the busy South Kihei area so very quiet and peaceful. However the beach though great for walking does not offer great swimming. There is a pool and travel to other beaches for swimming is recommended and fun.
We liked the views and amenities the best. Wish we could gone into the ocean however. It is very windy at times in the summer - and the unit feels the wind so one has to be mindful of closing windows during high trade winds. However the winds cooled off the nights nicely.
Overall, I would recommend this unit to people who want privacy, great amenities, views and quiet except for the sound of the surf.

This is a great unit. It is well stocked and we just loved being on the top floor looking over the ocean. It was neat, tidy and clean. I cannot find any fault at all. We loved everything about it.

Upon arrival at Nani Kai Hale we could hear the ocean and could not wait until morning to see it. The view was awesome. The Unit we stayed in was very nice, although a bit crowded, lots of furnishings. We rec'd no service. The get together's were not too well organized and we did not feel welcome. All in all we had a wonderful time in Maui at Nani Kai Hale and we would recommend the unit.
