The Maui Banyan is the newest condo complex, and widely recognized as being one of the premier properties in South Kihei. The Banyan is ideally located as it is directly opposite Kamaole II beach (one of Maui’s finest,) and within a five minute car ride from Wailea’s world famous golf courses and upscale shopping boutiques. Wonderful restaurants providing various cuisines, as well as shopping, can be easily walked to from the Banyan. The complex has two separate pool areas with Jacuzzi hot tubs, multiple BBQs, and tennis is also available. Free HBO and WiFi is also provided.

My condo is recogni...zed as being one of, if not the nicest, one bedroom two bath condos in the entire Maui Banyan. This unit has had extensive upgrades not found in most of the other units. The kitchen has had all new cabinetry, new appliances, and granite counter tops. Of course every cooking utensil that you enjoy in your own home is provided.

Two years ago the entire condo has been tastefully refurnished in a Hawaiian motif, and decorator items throughout provide the feeling of a beautiful home rather than a sterile hotel room. There is a new 42" Plasma TV in the living room and a ceiling mounted 26 " TV in the bedroom.

This condo has two separate air conditioners (bedroom and living room), as well as two ceiling fans to provide a comfortable environment for anyone's desire.

The bedroom has a top of the line new king-size Simmons bed, and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The lanai can be accessed from both of these rooms, and provides a beautiful ocean view as well as overlooking the pool area. Unlike other one bedroom units in the Banyan, this unit's lanai has been expanded to allow for comfortable seating around a 36" table (seating for 4), or laying on a chaise lounge watching beautiful sunsets and breaching whales.

The two bathrooms also have new cabinetry with granite counter tops, and one of the bath’s showers has just been retiled with Travertine Stone.

A very unique upgrade was removing the wall between the bedroom and the living room. This provides a large great room during the day; however, these two rooms can be separated from each other by four individual sliding Shoji screens that provide complete privacy for both rooms when desired.

  The Maui Banyan was amazing! The condo had nice upgrades and spectacular views from the lanai. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Just only a short walk to the beach and great restaurants nearby as well. We had such an awesome time relaxing and enjoying the quiet and peaceful environment.. We would love to go back!

  Maui Banyan G305 more than met our expectations.The unit is set back somewhat from busy Kihei Road,but a one minute walk to the beach.I've stayed in few condos/cottages and the overall finish and amenities are outstanding.The appliances are modern and all the kitchen stuff is first rate.No warped aluminum frying pans etc.
  Balcony has nice view of the water.BBQ's by the pool are kept immaculately.Kameole Beach II right across the street is clean and has a life guard.If you like an early morning swim,it will beckon you!
  Nice central location-even Kanapali not that far really.Check out the wine selection in the Safeway!The owner Jack is a pleasure to deal with.The staff at the desk are very friendly as is the tour seller who has a desk there.We even got our money back when the operator couldn't get us decent snorkeling because of rough water that day!!

  Stayed in Maui in late October 2009 for a week with my wife. It was an excellent location - excellent beach only a few steps away. Also great restaurants, shopping just up the street. The condo is upgraded with kitchen appliances, condo is clean and extremely comfortable. Grounds are also clean and staff is very friendly. We are picky on where we stay - want a clean, comfortable place without hassels. We were extremely pleased with Jack's place. Highly recommend this condo no matter your age or what you are looking for. This place has it. Jack has done a good job to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

  The condo was beautiful and exactly like pictured. The condo is equiped with everything you need including beach chairs. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, where we enjoyed breafast each morning. Walking distance to Fred's, a great restaurant for dinner and drinks. The complex is well maintained and nicely landscaped. Great place for a relaxing vacation. We can' wait to go back.

  Home Away from Home at the Maui Banyan G 305

  This condo has been our "Home Away from Home" for nine years for three weeks every February. It is a beautiful condo with everything you could possible need for a wonderful stay on Maui. The decor is beautiful,comfortable, and clean. We have "cooked in" most of the time and the kitchen has all you could ask for. This condo has one bedroom and two baths.
  The Maui Banyan has beautifully maintained grounds and the location, right across the road from an excellent beach, makes it so convenient. Only one, of a few, expanded lanai's in the Maui Banyan complex, it affords one a lovely place to start your day with a cuppa. This condo had been remodeled/redorated several times by the owner, over the years,and we always enjoyed arriving each year to see what new inovation had transpired. We think there is nothing left to improve upon! The G 305 condo is an ideal location, close to the beach and a short distance to shopping and restaurants. The condo is on the third floor and looks out on the pool and barbeque area with also a partial view of the ocean and the Kihei road. You can watch the sun rise on Haleakala in the mornings and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Yes, stays at this place are very special and we highly recommend it.

  Maui Banyan G305

  It took me a while to find the right condo for my honeymoon. After months of looking I found the one! I stayed at the Maui Banyan G305 for a week during my honeymoon. Boy did I picked the right condo! It is walking distance from the beach, stores, and restaurants. Kamole beach II is right across the street from Maui Banyan and the beach wasn't over crowded as the others. This condo is equipped with EVERYTHING. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets. I've seen the inside of other condos in the same building and nothing compared to this one. Jack did a nice job remolding the condo making it look very modern. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family. If I ever go to Maui again I would definitely stay at this condo. Jack was very kind and even called us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Thank you Jack!

  Great condo in the Maui Banyan

  This was our first trip to Maui as a family of three, my wife and I plus our 15 year old daughter. We had stayed at the Maui Banyan many times with our full complement of five, but this time we only needed a unit for three. Having stayed in other units over the years I can with experience say the G305 unit is the best. The King size bed is a real treat. Two bathrooms in a unit this size was terrific. Our daughter was just fine on the sofa bed. Building G is the one to be in, easy pool access and minimal street noise. The complex is very well maintained. The beaches are a very quick walk across the street. Breakfast on the patio was a real plus. Go in the summer the wind is spectacular for windsurfing. So, don't hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it.

  Having used this type of accommodations several times I can certainly recommend Maui Banyan G 305. The location is great, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The 2 baths, particularily the one very close to the entrance door, was great. We could keep our beach goodies out of the way in the shower attached to the open area. There were nice supplies such as olive oil along with paper towels, etc. All the kitchen needs were provided, lots of cutting boards and so on. Comfy bed, great electronics (tv,stereo,etc) easy access, hallways, elevator, carts for luggage. You can see that the owner has furnished this as a home rather than a rental. Great grills on property (gas, at least 4) fun people, safe place for you and car. Terrific access to beach inc lifeguards, snorkeling around the lava rocks, many amenities to make the stay easy and pleasant. Good counter space, lots of plates, etc., soft linens, lots of towels, easy water rinse in multiple locations, enjoy the breeze and eat lots of yummy tuna! Good sports bars close by, too.
