Kihei Bay Surf unit 144 is a beautifully remodeled studio that can sleep up to 3 with a queen bed and a new queen Tommy Bahama Sofa Bed. The unit is conveniently located on the lower level, and the lanai overlooks the pool area. This tiled unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a full stove, new stainless dishwasher and tiled countertops. It is nicely furnished and has Cable TV a DVD player and free long distance calling. For those who need to stay in touch while on vacation, this unit is equipped with complimentary high speed wireless service.

This condo was clean, wonderfully furnished and had everything we needed and many things we did not know we needed too. Could not have asked for more. HIGHLY recomend staying here and ahve already passed details to friends in the USA.
If we have a chance to return, we will becoming back here.

We really enjoyed our Maui experience and our stay in Kihei was relaxing. The overall condo complex was very well kept with a clean pool, hot tub and a perfect BBQ area. Our condo was in a wonderful location within the complex. It was not as clean as I would have liked. The floor mats were especially unclean. A deep clean would be a great idea for this property. Overall a great experience and would recommend this property to others!

We take comments from our guest very seriously and are thankful for your feedback. We have been having extrememly gusty tradewinds recently and the fine sand that is just across the street does blow in through the windows. I can assure you that the floors were spotless when the guests checked in as we have a housekeeping inspector who went in after the cleaner.

As a first timer to Maui, this studio is beyond my expectation. Location is perfect, with beach in walking distance and restaurant & market in 5 mins drive. Studio is clean and very cosy.

The floor was so dirty we had it mop it up ourselves. Pots and pans were greasy and counter top was soiled.
Aside from the cleanliness, unit had everything we needed and was a lovely condo. We would consider staying again if above cleanliness issue was corrected. -

We enjoyed staying at this place. It has a good, central location in Maui; it's affordable; and it's close to some good beaches and snorekling. This place isn't fancy, but if you don't care about that, this is perfect--clean, convenient, well-priced, and with everything you would need for your Maui vacation. I'd go back to this place again.

I have stayed at Kihei Bay Surf 2 other times. (in different units) This is hands down the nicest one I have stayed in. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Down side, couldn't hook up to the Wi-Fi and the hide-a bed was to "springy" to sleep on. Other than those 2 things it was the perfect unit for a perfect get away. I plan on renting this unit again for my next vacation.

My sister and I stayed here for 5 days and it was great. Location is reasonable but no stores nearby. Very quiet. Kihei Bay Surf is a clean and well cared for property. The unit is clean and comfortable. No WIFI, the internet is by ethernet cable. The pull out couch is gruesome to sleep on so I wouldn't recommend this unit for two singles but the bed was very comfy so it's good for one or a couple.

The vacation rental experience was very good! I love the amenities including the jacuzzi and pool, the use of the kitchen, beach chairs, plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable and restful. Needed to have an ironing board with the iron and maybe more helpful instructions on how to use different things in the unit like the internet. Wish I could have used that but there were no clear instructions on how to use it. The drawers were a little cheap. You had to adjust the tracking on them when you try to close them. But overall, nice location, nice poolside, kitchen was great. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks Kathy and Aloha!

I would give highest marks to all questions. Great location, close to all. Very well stocked including beach chairs and umbrella to blender. Nice to have coffee and chocolate waiting for us. Couldn't be easier to get to condo and into the place. Neat,comfortable,quiet. Liked the location over looking the pool.Easy parking. Would rent again.

Booked a last minute reservation for myself on a business trip and received a great deal on my stay. Location is directly across the street from a wonderful beach with gorgeous sunset views. The unit is an easy drive to local restaurants, grocery stores
and activities yet pleasantly removed from the traffic snarls and congestion of the 'touristy' areas of Kihei. -

I left a personal possession in the condo after I left and called the manager the next day to get it back and the manager told me that my item was thrown out. That's not good management for guests.

The suite was comfortable and very handy for a studio . We were looking for affordable accomodations so we could spend our money on activities and shopping. We didn't need to spend our money on a plush suite that we hardly spent any time in. All we wanted was a comfortable convenient suite and the Bay Surf didn't dissapoint. It was close enough to the beach and the common area was clean and very convenient and useful. There was ample room in the suite for open luggage which is sometimes a problem in small suites and the kitchen and bathroom were very functional. My wife liked the fact that there was a seperate stand and mirror for her to get ready when I was in the bathroom. The kitchen cupboards and some of the furniture was in need of replacement. The kitchen was meagrely supplied with plates and such but we were able to make do. The air conditioning and fans worked well and the bed was comfortable so we were able to get a good nights sleep. The supplies for a day at the beach were all there including a boogie board. All in all it was well worth the money spent.

We had a great time staying at Kihei Bay Surf unit 144 with our 4 year old. It was a little snug, but the price was right. We didn't spend much time indoors, but it had everything we needed. A few extra towels would have been nice. The pool and bbq area were really nice!

I already put this on the comment card left in the room. I was just a little disappointed having to pay $60 but also take out my garbage and strip the bed. But, what was more disappointing is that there was hair on the shower step and when I walked around the studio after my shower, my feet were dirty from the floor. Other than that, things were GREAT!

It was difficult to decide a location when you are not familiar with the Island. This unit is in the corner ground floor and infront of the balcony (lanai) there is a shack so you don't have a view but I was pleased on how well the kitchen was equipped that it make me feel at home. The furniture was nice and the bed was comfortable. Although across the street there is a small park I would suggest to have a car to go to the nearby beaches and to reach the stores and shops. Condos are always best if you cook and above all, the price was right!
