Good service whenever requested.Nice to meet Pat in person.Like the location of the unit but am so sorry the trees that we looked out at where cut back so much.It didnt improve the view at all!!

Great area by beach,and shops. 204 was well equipt but for wine glasses which you provided very quickly for use.The unit could do with a bit of updating.Saw 205 which was much nicer.

The service was very good no problems.
The condo was clean and was a good level for small children going up and down to the pool and beach.The bbq area was always clean,Tom does a good job looking after the grounds also.The only poor thing was the back bedroom was noisy with the elevator noise. -

Ali'i Resorts is the best. Always very helpful, friendly, and dependable. I would recommend them to everyone. The location was excellent as it is on the beach that is the best. The property because of the exposure is the worst. The sun is very strong on the lanai all the time, so the lanai could never be used. The drapes in the master bedroom had to be closed all the time during the day with the fan on to keep the room cooler. Also, there was no privacy being on the second floor - always heard everyone talking and could not even change clothes in the bedroom.

the Nalu is between 2 of the best beaches on Maui. and you can walk to the store whenever you need to shop. The layout of the condo is perfect.

This unit was not clean nor was it in good condition. It did not duplicate in any way the description. The only view was if you stuck your head out the window.

beds were so hard that they are unsleepable! went out and bought our own toppers after the first night. The suite needs updating in both decor and outfitting. ie: kitchen supplies/linens. Would try to book updated units before #204 in future.

We have been many times, brought my aunt. Took her upcountry and drove around the island, each area is beautiful. A must is the Old Lahina Luau and the Tropical Plantation. There are many great swimming places and it is great to watch the surfing. Keep time to enjoy the Condo & the grounds are very nice. There are many very good resturants within walking distance. Five Palms is great. If Whale season, go whale watching it is great. We would stay again at Kamaole.
