location loacation location.The condo does require an upgrade ,the showers are disgusting,the furniture is old and tired but all of this can be overlooked by the location and the people .All the people you meet are fantastic patty is great to deal with and extremely helpful with whatever you need ,Tom keeps the grounds looking good .Its nice to see familiar faces every year .We have stayed in 106 ,205, and wanted to stay in the same building so we toook 601 if they do some renos to 601 it will never be avaialable thanks c u next year

The one quibble is lighthearted, but as you ask: Your pamphlets etc advertise "Luxury Linens." In fact they are as special as our 50-year old beloved sheets here at home, some are worn, even torn. But they are always clean, and that is what is important. -

Our stay was great! My sisters and myself enjoyed the location for the beach, snorkeling, sunsets and amenities. We had coffee on our lanai every morning with a clear view to the ocean. Alii resort and staff were wonderful; good follow up and they were available with answers to any questions we had. The one critisim I would offer is that the bathrooms could use an update. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble with the lock box (I noticed that some of the condos had combination door locks)perhaps this could be considered in the future.

I liked being up high and near the steps..went down them and up via elevator. Great view..yoga great idea next timeI'd do it. No one there to greet me, but luckily had friends with me from condo next door.I would've liked rules,etc about the condo in writing (sent to me)before I got to read them in the book. Very clean and attractive..like closeness to the beach. Road noise ok

Having stayed at the Kamaola Nalu the month of Jan/2012 with our family visiting us at different times we all agree that this is the pwefect location Our unit601 was clean and provided us wih everything we needed the beach the shops the entertainment as well as being small makes for friendly people. The unit itself needs an upgrade as the decor is the same as in the seventy's even to the drapes which are now full of wholes but this is minor to its location, The ali staff is great Tom was very helpful an friendly to us all, Pat made us reservation on the Coctail cruse which was absoulutly great, We had a wonderful holiday thanks to all of you at

.We did not get a number for the lock box as we should have, I checked with our travel agent and she did not recieve this either,as our flight got in later in the evening we phoned the number that we were given and also numbers we found at the resort,we had to leave messages we finally got the manager at the resort and he let us into our room. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner( the shower) other than that our stay was great and we would stay at the resort again. The views of the ocean were great we could sit on the lani and see the whales .

The traffic noise was loud and the wind would howl through the windows making it difficult to sleep some nights but the view from the lanai made it all worth it.

The location and the comfort of our condo were the best! The proximity to the beach was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Nalu and we plan to go back and stay longer next year! Excellent service and very caring staff! Thank you for making our vacation the best!

Our stay was great. The view is beautiful.We sat on the balcony everyday and watched the goings on. The lock box on the door didn't work(the code was wrong, we found out in the morning) but the manager was very helpful and opened the door for us.
