      Watching canoe club perform daily.

We mostly enjoyed our stay. Ali'i's service was very good from fixing a stopped up shower drain to faxing a letter to our stock broker. Everything worked fine in condo. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the chaise lounge out front and watching the canoe action, and long walks on the beach. The only drawback to our stay was the excessive wind (often) and the blowing dust and cane smoke. Nothing against this particular condo but North Kihei environment will probably not be in our future vacation plans..

      Great location

Left on 06/20/2012 for a stay in June 2012

We definitely enjoyed our stay. It's conveniently located by Kihei and also the major roads to get you elsewhere on the island. The patio doors are just steps away from a nice beach. The condo was clean and quiet. If we had a quibble with the unit it is that the decor could stand some updating. That's about it, though, as we didn't travel to Maui to spend time in the condo. We'd stay there again.

We stayed in the same unit (#108) as we did in November 2010. Why change it up if you had a wonderful experience the first time!

The only thing that I was miffed by which doesn't relate to our stay/accommodations, was when I went into the office at the Kihei Beach Condominiums and asked them if they could please print out our airlines boarding passes? They said sure, not a problem! But then they stated that it will cost us $2.00 for each boarding pass. I travel a lot, and that was the first time that I've ever had to pay for customer service. I did pay the $4.00, but I left with a negative feeling about it.

      The Best Location

Our second time to Maui and by far better than the last. Loved the location of this complex as downtown Kihei is close and Lahania is only a 20 min ride. The condo we had was very nice, and comfortable. The maintenance staff was great and Randy even helped with some resturant locations off the beaten path that were incredidable. Very nice fellow and an assett to your complex. We will definatly be back soon..Aloha

      Heaven in the Pacific

Left on 03/15/2011 for a stay in November 2010

This was our first visit to Maui, and I must say it exceeded our expectation! The room accommodated us with everything we needed for our stay, even a washer & dryer. We just needed to stop by Costco (right by the airport) once to fill the fridge and we were good to go! Nothing beats getting up in the morning and having coffee on the lanai looking out at the ocean. Our room was only about 75 feet from the waters edge...Just beautiful! I could go on and on about this place, but writing about it doesn't do it justice. Today we just booked another 10 day visit for later this year.

      It was a wonderful vacation!

This was our first trip to Maui and I think the location of our Condo helped to make it a wonderful experience. Our Condo was clean and well maintained, in a great location and close to amenities. We had access to the beach and ample parking.

      Serenity on Kihei Beach

Left on 08/26/2010 for a stay in April 2010

Our stay at Kihei Beach was so relaxing and serene. Unit 108 was updated and comfortable, with a full kitchen, dining/living area, separate bedroom and well-appointed bath. The ground floor access to the patio, lawn, pool and beach made it especially convenient. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My only wish was for more amenities onsite at the property itself. Overall, a great value for upscale condo accommodations on a gorgeous beach!

      Convenient

Left on 08/24/2010 for a stay in May 2009

We booked our stay through alii Resorts, unit #108, having had such a great experience with them on a previous visit - although had not stayed at this particular property. The property is small and quiet, the unit was not without problems. We did like being able to walk out our door onto the lawn and relax at waters edge. Being so close to the Farmers Market was a plus.

Housekeeping could use a bit of improvement - while I understand the dust in the area there was a bit more of it than should have been. The vent fan in the bathroom does not work and was very dirty. There were sticky rings on the dresser top and the washing machine proved to have remnants of previous guests garbage in it. When I washed a load of clothing the water was brown, had to be washed again and that was when I discovered cigarette butts, plastic beer labels, cable ties, and string in the machine. The dryer does not vent to the outside and really heats up the unit considerably. we decided to air dry laundry instead. However, there are available laundry rooms for guest usage.
The kitchen is very small, but has l granite counters and nice cabinetry. The dishwasher does not close properly and we used it to drain the hand washed dishes.

The bed was very comfortable and there was a good assortment of pillows to choose from. However - two twin beds pushed together do not make a true King Size bed and tall husband slept with his feet hanging off the end. The sofa was also comfortable for stretching out on in the evening, but one section sagged noticeably.

At first look the unit was overall nicer than the photo.
Road noise was not an issue at all.
We enjoyed watching the Canoe club on the water.

Overall the property is worthy of consideration for a future stay.
